Stayed in the Suite: king size bedroom, ensuite sink/toilet/bidet and huge shower. Large lounge with sofa bed, table, smart TV. Another shower room and toilet. Kitchenette with fridge, gas hob, coffee machine, kettle for gas hob. Cleaning service every other day - really nice touch so new towels, bins emptied, bed made. Check in easy - all done remotely by chatting on the phone. Texted the team with any questions via Whats App. responded promptly and helpfully. Location - local environment 15 minute walk from the start of the centre. Walked everywhere for 6 days - always something to find and see.

An electric kettle is quicker than a gas kettle. That would be all I would change!

This was a lovely stay, clean and comfortable modern room with lovely big shower. it is very close to railway station which is what we wanted for early train out. at front of station you can get a bus to pretty much anywhere in Palermo, ask for a day ticket E3.50. entry into apartment was by phone so you do need mobile data and to use What’s app.

Not many restaurants nearby but a moderate walk straight down the road, turn left out front door, hits a small round about with a number of bars and restaurants nearby.

It is finished really nicely, looks exactly like the pictures, the jacuzzi bath was great, decent towels provided, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked the best it could (we were there in a crazy 40+ degree heatwave)

To gain access you need to WhatsApp the owner - so make sure you have enough data roaming. As other people have said, it’s not the greatest area of Palermo, but it certainly didn’t feel ‘dangerous’ in any way.

Amazing room with a nice Jacuzzi. The Shower in the bathroom was also great. The bed was super comfy, and Ginaluca also offered us a bottle of water and prosecco as a welcome gift. He was a super nice host, providing us with great information on what to see, eat and how to get around in Palermo. Also additional towels for a visit on the beach were provided. Parking was possible right in front of the building, even free of charge

Very large and comfortable bed. Nice sized wardrobe. Plenty of space for our luggage. Clean room. Good service from staff. Working lift. Within 5 minutes walk of train station and bus to city centre. Good location. Jacuzzi was very fun amd easy to use. Smart TV meant that we had something to do when we wished to relax.

Needed an extra pillow to make it more comfortable. Water tap in the bathroom was annoying as it either turned itself off or was very powerful and water splashed everywhere. Aircon could be better. WiFi came and went. I had to use my mobile data most of the time.

Staff was really kind and friendly. The room and the bathroom were really good. Me and my wife loved the tiles in the bathroom. Room and bathroom were clean and it featured all was advertised: Towels, soap, shower gel, water, TV and a small fridge. Also the wardrobe was big enough to hang and leave our clothes. Location is good, 15 mins walking from the port and town, as well as bus, tram and train stations. The area seemed to be quiet, at least during the week time, just locals around during day and night time (August). But there are some bars and local shops too. Also, the property has a lift, which is good considering rooms are on the third floor.

The only thing I did not like was the views, do not expect anything inteteresting or cool. But to be honest I do not mind as I only want the rooms I book to rest.

The jacuzzi, smart tv and fullset kitchen were the things that made our stay. Wi-fi is strong, so for work purposes and streaming this was very much appreciated. Gianluca is personable and cares about his guests, an example that many should take.

The check in time was not very flexible and the balcony view is not the best since is a semi-coastle region of palermo and its facing a construction site.

very spacious and clean. The air conditioning was excellent and helped us get a great nights sleep in hot weather. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great as well. Only a 15 minute walk a lot of brilliant restaurants and shops and right next to the train station.

We loved how modern the apartment was. We especially liked all the useful information in the leaflets. Gianluca was extremely helpful over whats app. The bed was very comfortable, so were the pillows! This was ideal after a lot of walking during the day. Having 2 bathrooms was very luxurious. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The local art work on the walls were lovely. Especially because we ended up visiting all of the places displayed! The luxury transfer to the airport was a great addition to our stay. Thank you for providing such a lovely base for our trip. It really did make it! We would love to visit Palermo again.

Lovely room and bathroom, very friendly and helpful owner, free and easy parking right outside. The location is not exactly picturesque, but it is quite convenient. We walked into the centre and also used a bus once. Public transport is easy to access as you are right by the main station.

The room is quite compact, and a kettle would be useful, these are small niggles though.
