Comfortable, clean, good location, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was the expected pastries with a good variety available including hard boiled eggs which we were surprised to see eaten as you would a piece of fruit (shelled of course!). Evening meals also available. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

One reason we booked this hotel was that Booking.com showed that it provided an airport shuttle, but on enquiring with the hotel, turned out that this isn't the case. However they advised us of a train service from the airport which left us to within about 10 minutes walk, so it worked out ok in the end. But the icon for 'airport shuttle' should be removed from the information.

The train station Palermo Palazzo Orleans in 10 minutes from the hotel. The train is near the airport. You can use a public transport to other places.

The Palermo city is full of garbich. There is a lot of traffic. If you go to Mondello beach, you must take care of your things.

walking around at night does not feel very safe - just walk on the main roads and it should be fine… it was a struggle to toast my bread as there was only one machine for two breads and the breakfast room was full of guests

Short walk to the train station, although if you have a lot of luggage might be a hassle as pavements are uneven Staff are friendly and the interior is really nice. It has an overall classy vibe

It's a bit out of the way from the main town, right by the university and quite a few students about, however not too far of a walk to the town but quite a distance to the beach

This place has it all for someone visiting this area. It ticks all the essential boxes and ticks them convincingly. The room was spacious and clean, and everything worked as expected. Staff was great, secure parking was greatly appreciated and convenient, albeit a tiny bit tight for my large SUV. Still worked perfectly fine. Breakfast was good and efficient.

Good value for money. The location is good if you want to just leave the car at the hotel and just walk around the city (safer this way). I was really glad that we were able to leave the car in the underground garage. The room was clean.

Maybe the shower cabin can be considered for better cleaning or renovation.

Everything was very good apart from the breakfast. This is one of the few hotels that offers safe parking near the centre of Palermo . It is 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre I would come back again

The rooms were clean and the hotel was a 10-15min walk from the city, so you can't ask for more... Free parking for the car, the staff at the desk was friendly & gave us tips and hints on what to see and t eat.

Breakfast was not up to standard and needs to be improved. I have seen better quality for the value of the money paid!

It had private free parking underneath the hotel. Easy to find. Clean room. Quiet.

Walking through neighborhood to city center very ghetto and with heat the garbage on streets stunk. We took UBER back 18€ plus tip. Good for 1 night. If visiting more than once could get expensive to UBER.
