The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, super clean and the common areas are also very well taken care of with everything you need! The terrace is a dream with the view of the cathedral, at night it is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine with the view. But overall, what I liked the most was the treatment from the hosts, they gave us so many tips about Palermo and the surroundings, the breakfast was delicious and the conversation amazing! I can 100% recommend this place for your next stay in Palermo!

Everything was really perfect. The room was big enough and had very comfy beds. It was clean and air-conditioned and the house was quite near to the main attractions of this amazing city. But above all, the hosts were simply amazing. They were all so very friendly, nice, funny and ready to provide whatever their guests may need. They served an excellent and varied breakfast (even gluten free) on a terrace with a lovely view of the city. It was an extreme pleasure to meet them all. When we return to Palermo, our choice of accommodation is obvious.

Maria and Giovanni are wonderful and friendly hosts. The B&B is situated very close to Palazzo dei Normanni and within walking distance to Palermo's historical center, so if you plan on doing a lot of walking and sightseeing, it's a great starting point. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the croissants filled with pistachio cream and strawberries. Big up for the super large cappuccino, Giovanni! The room itself was spacious, spotless and overall comfortable. We definitely think of coming back.

Our room had a view of Via Cappuccini, so early in the morning it could get quite noisy. To put a positive spin on it, it's an opportunity to make sense of the meaning of ¨vucciria¨ and it seems to encapsulate the city's atmosphere.

The location is very easy to walk to sights and shopping. The hosts Giovanni and Maria and Maria's sister are wonderful people. They went over and beyond to help us. A lovely breakfast was ready for us each day and they gave great advice and help about what to see and do. Maria booked our taxi to the train station and Giovanni told us to call him if we needed any help even as we left for another city. we couldn't ask for more!

Giovanni and Maria Flavia were very kind proprietors and provided us with expert tips for touring their city. The location is footsteps away from the Royal Palace, a famous pastry shop and also is conveniently located near restaurants and the Palazzo Reale-Orleans rail station. A delicious breakfast was prepared every morning. We highly recommend Residenza Normanna.

Maria and Giovanni are great hosts! The B&B is in a great location and everything important is in walking distance. A delicious breakfast that Giovanni and Maria prepare every morning is included, they will even accomodate your Love for pistachios in the croissant choice. The room we stayed in was fully renovated and had a comfy bed and was very spacious. All neccessary ammenities can be found in the flat and the internet is stable and has the neccessary bandwidth. It was a pleasure to stay with you and whenever we come back to Palermo we are sure to visit you again. Ciao!

We have spent a very good time in this location. I recommend it for everybody. Maria and Giovanni are very friendly and you can have a great vacation in their property. The train station is very close and the breakfast was kindly served.

From my point of view everything is fine in this location, I can not see any improvements.

Breakfast was excellent!! Giovanni & Maria always gets the best stuff from local pastries for us, and always a looooot! Brioche al pistacchio, chocolate cake, arancino, ... The room was exceptionally clean, and comes with everything! Check-in was also smooth, because they waited for our arrival.

Residenza Normanna is perfectly located to explore Palermo on foot. We've been welcomed warmly and liked the spotless clean and bright accomodtion with it's amazing terrace (shared with other guests) and it's comfortable beds. Even though we had to leave before breakfast they had arranged something for us so we did not have to leave without having at least something for a good start into the day :) Would definitely come back!
