Our recent stay at this place was absolutely fantastic! before the moment we arrived, the explanations to arrive were very detailed and helpful. The hospitality were incredibly a very friendly hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made our experience truly memorable. The room itself was cozy, clean, and well-appointed. What truly set this place apart was the remarkable level of care and assistance we received from the hosts. They were always available to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and provide valuable insights about the local attractions. Furthermore, when we had a problem during our stay, the hosts promptly came to our aid and helped us to resolve the issue without any hesitation. Their quick response and willingness to go the extra mile demonstrated their commitment to ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Their warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere. Everything was good

Location, room and breakfast were exceptional. Antica Dimora is ideally located for a stroll to the Palazzo del Normani and on through the city but is also adjacent to the Piazza Indipendenza where the 389 bus leaves for Monreale. Small shops and local fast food outlets are all around. There is a great sense of place. Our room overlooked the tree lined street with a view to the Porta Nuova. Breakfast was plentiful and relaxed in an airy spacious room. A special thanks are due to the staff for their assistance and excellent suggestions.

Our stay was wonderful so these comments are in no sense intended as negative but only to provide some additional context. Check in times are not 24/7 so verify with the property. Although we would normally use public transport from airport to city, our arrival in late evening led to the use of the recommended taxi transfer from the airport. It was friendly and efficient. A vending machine is available for bottled water, beer, etc. If a room overlooks the street some traffic noise is to be expected. Access requires the use of a few keys but is not difficult. Again these are not negatives but hopefully provide some context. We had a great stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, old style furnished clean room, amazing balcony, good location, low price, really good breakfast!

Absence of an elevator, an air conditioner (at least I didn’t notice) and presence of a huge amount of mosquitoes, a cranky shower.
