The breakfast was divine. Everyday there was something different to try from the local bakery. I don't have words. Our room (no2) was very big (almost like a small suite), with a super comfortable bed. Even the linen were of good quality. Incredibly clean. Bathroom was roomy with really nice toiletries and a normal, big sized hairdryer (I have long hair so this is always a really nice extra for me!) Quiet and powerful air-condition machine, made the room the perfect shelter for the heat. I especially enjoyed the works of art around the house. People were very friendly and nice to us. I would definitely go back.

The breakfast is absolutely delicious, with variations each day. It included fresh fruit, juices, delicious fresh pastries/baked goods, cereals, with the option of eggs and fresh coffee. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, you are made to feel very much at home. The location is ideal for the old town and easily walkable to other districts, too. Communication beforehand was great, advising on best way to get into town from the airport. My room was large, clean, and perfect for as a relaxing, quiet oasis. I was doing some remote work while there — wifi connection was great and fast. I highly recommend B&B Sant'Agostino to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Palermo!

Wonderful Room. Absolutely wonderful staff. Fanny and Antonio were welcoming and helped us organize our time in Palermo. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with lots of options to choose from. The true test of a service such as a B&B is how they respond to a crisis situation. Fanny and Antonio were absolutely amazing. We were in Palermo during an extreme heat wave with 45 degree (Celsius) high temperatures. This led to several lengthy area power failures. Fanny and Antonio went well beyond expectations in helping us and other guests cope with the problem. We are very thankful and we highly recommend B&B Sant'Agostino to anyone staying in the central district of Palermo.

The host, Fanny, was incredible. She spent a lot of time giving us tips for Palermo and other parts of the island. She was always friendly and made our stay extra special. The breakfast was wonderful and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The location of the hotel was wonderful but being central means you get a lot of street noise, particularly mopeds thought-out the night. Our shower had great water pressure but did leak on the floor.

The accommodation was very clean and the rooms were lovely. Loved the garden terrace. Our hosts Fanny and Antonio were fabulous - helpful, friendly and great advocates for Palermo. They are approachable and never too busy to give local information and advice. They certainly made our stay more enjoyable. The B&B is right in the old town and a short walk to the cathedral. Absolutely loved our time in Palermo and would happily return to the same accommodation.

Everything was fantastic - nothing we didn’t like

The B&B staff, starting with Fanny, Beppe and everybody else. All extremely kind and helpful. My flight got delayed and an easy solution was found to welcome me. Fanny knows Palermo inside out and gave me excellent sightseeing suggestions. The B&B is beautiful in itself, probably a small palace in an earlier life. The breakfast on the terrace is lovely, varied and yummy. The location perfect, 5 minutes away from the Cathedral and Teatro Massimo, and 5 minutes away as well from via Maqueda, ideal to have a coffee break, eat Sicilian delicacies and have dinner. A thoroughly wonderful stay.

Loved the location of my bed and breakfast. It was central to walk to restaurants and shops and be able to explore some of the historical landmarks around Palermo. Fanny was amazing she was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations about where to go and what to do. Breakfast every morning was delicious and fresh. Everyone was very accommodating.

I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay. I was absolutely in love.

One of the best, if not the best stay for us so far. Super friendy staff, every single one of them. I’d like to mention mrs. Fanny, who took alot of her time to explain whole city of Palermo. She can organise anything you want to do. She was even available on her day off. Rooms are clean and everything is really cute and very nice decorated. Breakfast was also one of the best we have eaten, with daily different types of food and it was delicious. And it was served in beautiful terrace. Location of this property is the best possible. Everything is very close to it, main attractions, restaurants, shops, clubs. Even though the location is in city center you can’t hear a thing at night, everything is quiet. We are coming back to this b&b once in Palermo again definitely!

I couldn’t find a thing as everything was exceptional.

If there was 7 star, I would have give them 7 star. We absolutely love this charming beautiful guest house. Rooms are clean and specious. Breakfast was great. It is located in the middle of Capo district walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay, but the facility needs minor improvement. The breakfast could be improved slightly. They need to install shelves in the shower and the bathroom so guest leave their hygiene stuff there, and also they need luggage racks in guest rooms, so guests don't have to leave their luggages on the floor. Other than that, we loved this beautiful property. Thank you Fanny, Mattis, Mustafa, and Maria. You all were great. Ciao

Everything was great

The property is very central and everything is super close. The staff are absolutely awesome, helpful and great at giving advise and helping out. The rooms were always cleaned and taken care of. Worth the money for sure.

The rooms are much humbler than the pictures lead. They are still clean, however the pictures give them a higher value
