We were absolutely blown away by our experience at this hotel. As soon as we stepped into our room with captivating views of the old town and mountains from the balcony, we knew we were in for an unforgettable stay. The king-size bed and luxurious ceramic bathtub in the room were an unexpected surprise, and the hotel staff was attentive and professional, ensuring every need was met. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with all the necessities for us to feel cozy and relaxed. Not only that, but the breakfast menu in the cozy courtyard of the main hotel area was simply divine. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

Situated in a lovely old part of Palermo we took a second floor apartment which was separate from the Casa Nostra Hotel, by a few hundred metres. Below us was a small plaza with a market, and an incredible restaurant, a real 'find' with world class cooking, We loved it, we loved Palermo and we extended our stay for a second night and a second dinner at L'Acerba. We highly recommend this place. The hotel stayed open for breakfast down the street until much later in the morning than most, and was smart, clean and attractive. I would imagine that staying in the hotel would be equally agreeable. Given the impossibly narrow streets and severe lack of parking availability it is also to their credit that they found us a space for the car which was not a private one, but which allowed us to leave the car for the duration in view of their reception, safe.

Can't think of anything I didn't like at all.

It was a beautiful room in the city centre, walking distance from pretty much all important things to do and see. The facilities were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator, and there was a shared kitchen and living room. The bathroom is private inside the room which also has a cute little terrace. Breakfast was served in the boutique hotel a couple of streets by and it was very good. The staff was very nice and especially helpful with finding us a garage for our car. We loved our stay and if we ever come back we'll definitely stay there again.

The refrigerator in the shared kitchen didn't work. Otherwise everything was exquisite.

The rooms are great. We think they have renovated, and the pictures are not all up to date. In reality it is much better than the pictures! Very modern new look, very clean and stylish! The restaurant is very well recommended also for dinner and breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved it!

No complaints at all.

The front of house staff were amazing - super accommodating. The breakfast was delicious; stunning views; the location was excellent and the bed was seriously comfy (not too soft).

The B&B is in a different location to the hotel (2-3 mins walk up the road) and it’s pretty lively as it’s above Capo market and a restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend the B&B for light sleepers, the hotel however seemed much quieter. Our suite was on the top floor, so great views, although the stairs are steep and not great for those with disabilities.

I rate this property Exceptional with a warning. The B&B is NOT the hotel and far from the quality of what you see in the photos. My fault for not seeing the difference when book but I have to say that the staff bent over backwards to accommodate me in the actual hotel. If you are looking at the pics and thinking the B&B is equally as lux - it is not. It is likely better than most of the B&B you have experienced but if you don't normally do European B&Bs you are going to be disappointed. Amazing staff, which will not disappoint and a great restaurant along with the perfect location. Also, that is not a pool it is a water feature. lol

the room was very spacious , very clean , very authentic to the Sicilian decor with hints of modern comfortable bed and beautiful view , everything worked well in a very friendly neighbourhood

the only thing that was a bit tricky was finding the property, but Sicilians are very helpful if you just ask

Breakfast was generous and of a high quality. The B & B overlooking the market etc provided great entertainment. The staff were exemplary even with a little check in delay. The stairs were hard at first with luggage but fine after that. Thankyou

Exceptional customer service. Contact from the hotel made everything easy for us.The room was spotless and modern. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. Care and attention to detail was evident.

- the bar right under the B&B was pretty busy and loud in the nights - sound isolation to outside was bad - water wasn't working well (not getting warm sometimes, just stopped during the shower) - the shower was super tiny (hard to open when you're inside)
