The host was very nice and helpful, he made our stay very pleasant and stress-free. The breakfast is a standard Italian breakfast: a sweet croissant + fresh fruits + coffee/tea. Breakfast is served in the B&B kitchen and there was an option to get breakfast to your room as well.

Be aware that the rooms are facing a vivid market area, so all the noises of a busy market are present, especially, in the early morning. It was also sometimes very loud around midnight due to garbage removal services. These things are part of the city experience, just be aware of that if you are a troubled sleeper.

We are satisfied with everything, the apartment is spacious and clean, everything is furnished with great taste, the breakfast is superb, croissants and donuts with lots of chocolate, good coffee, natural juice and lots of fruit, the owner is very welcoming and polite, there was also an opportunity to leave our luggage on the day of our departure .

We did not like the fact that the apartment is located near the market, it is very noisy from early in the morning and the location that is written in booking does not correspond to reality, there is a discrepancy in the streets in Google.

Great apartment with great staff. Good choice for a 3-4 night stay. The apartment is just in the centre of the old city. Mercato del Capo is just around the corner. Palermo Cathedral is about 5 minutes by walk. The room is big enough and clean.

The choice of breakfast menu is short and repeats every day. Because the apartment is next to the Mercato del Capo, the rooms are a bit noisy if you did not get used to it.

This bed & breakfast is a lovely option for a stay in the heart of Palermo, in the middle of Mercato del Capo, a local market, so do not expect tranquility, but liveliness, noise and the typical Sicilian atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, though it is a noisy place, breakfast is more than enough, pastries are very tasty. The host is very helpful in pointing out nice places to go out and eat or visit. Good value for money, also.

There is some odd smell accumulating in the room and bathroom when coming from the outside, but I think it was either because of the old building, or the market around, not anything the hosts could do to fix, but good to know that it will sometimes smell like...the streets of Palermo!

The location was great, right in the Capo market. The room was large and clean and the breakfast was nice, fresh fruit and pastries! The host was great, very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again next time 😄

closed to the most important City Points,just open the balcony and feel the Palermo/ Sicily life. Gabriele and his Family are very nice Host, he picked up us from where the shuttletaxi dropped us and was helping with the luggage’s.We got also from him, tips about food and Main Points of Palermo. Great 👍

not didn’t like but because we went there with a 15 months old baby , a baby 🪑 could be awesome.

Everything was perfect! Davide was a great host and gave us really good advice. Everything was super clean and the room was big and comfortable. Bathroom was nice, seemed renovated recently and had evewrything you need (shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer...) Breakfast was really good, the pastries were delicious! Also, location is very handy, just a few minutes from different attractions and a 20 minute walk from Train/Bus station.

The kitchen was small and it was quite uncomfortable having breakfast if there were other people, but if it's empty it's great.

The location was in the middle of the Capo market which was fun to see and be apart of. The space was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was limited and not concistent watch day as some days there did not seem to be enough for all the guests.

The location was fantastic. Room was clean and the welcome was amazing. Waking up to the sounds of a busy market. Drinking freshly sqeezed orange juice. Within walking distance to the most amazing restaurants. Awesome holiday.
