Location was excellent. Loved the rooftop terrace /bar where we had a drink in the evening and breakfast in the morning.

Staff were most unfriendly on the roofterrace Rooms are old fashioned and in need of updating.

This is a quality and affordable hotel. As a guest, you receive a quality room, customer service, basic hygiene products, help with learning the area, and so forth. The hotel is centrally located. There is a nearby grocery store. The hotel is not far from the Palermo Central train station, which has trains to take you throughout Sicily, Italy, and Europe. I applaud the owner for investing money in this quality hotel and offering good customer service, which is lacking in hotels throughout the world.

great location and roof terrace. near to nice restaurants and bars (Osteria Ballata around the corner is fab!). I loved the old lift and didn’t experience any queue problems with it but was on the first floor at the back so easy in and out. nice breakfast, unusual and interesting property, shared with private residents.

nothing I disliked. I would have quite liked a bathrobe in my room. And I’m always appreciative of tea and coffee making facilities. my friend’s room at the front was lighter, larger and with a balcony but it did make it noisier so she had to use ear plugs!!

The hotel reception staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and had a desk and a safety deposit box. What I really loved about the room was my view from the small balcony. It overlooked old Palermo and the mountains in the distance. The ceilings are very high. There's a small elevator that took me to the 5th floor. Bed was comfortable.

The upstairs restaurant although is very nice gave me a bit of attitude when they saw I was by myself. The first night I went there I didn't get the best table. The excuse they gave me is everything is booked. But after that several small (2ppl) table were empty for over an hour. The food was really good the first night and mediocre the 2nd night.

Our room was simple but had everything we needed. The real shining star of the hotel is the rooftop view for breakfast, drinks, or dinner. The location is excellent and we felt so safe staying here.

The room had no view and was quite small. If you want to have dinner on the roof be sure to make a reservation beforehand.

Very good location, nice staff, amazing breakfast/restaurant place at the 7th floor. The rooms were renovated since my last stay a few years ago. The cleaning staff was exceptionally good, they took a great care not only of the room, but also of the public areas of the hotel.

The selection of food at the breakfast might be improved. Maybe it was beacuse of low-season.

Location as it was walking distance to Palermo station. Our room was small, no room to lie two suitcases on the floor and room was very dim. The view from the rooftop where breakfast was served was amazing. Walking distance to all sights and restaurants

Staff were a little surly on reception . The lift was very snug which my husband struggled with as he is claustrophobic

Breakfasts on the rooftop are amazing start of the day. Also location is really valuable point. It's close to railway station and to main attractions. Staff is really kind to help.

Building is close to another one, so there is a problem to have windows open, you need to get the light on for the whole day.

The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing !!!!!!!

We had a room which was next to the way down for all customers of the rooftop restaurant , that resulted in getting woken up by people passing by the room ! These rooms should not be given to hotel guests ….
