Stayed in female bedroom. Room was extremely spacious. There’s mirror in a room and even tiny dressing corner if you’d like to dress in a privacy but not in a bathroom. Room had separate toilet and bathroom. There’s a storage cabinet where you can use your padlock to lock all your belongings. It was big enough to store backpack, handbag, the coat and there were still room. There’s also balcony with chairs - the view was nice. Whole hostel is short walk to the train station and also town centre. There’s also bike rental nearby. Hostel is very big but was surprisingly quiet during our stay. The reception/common area is very spacious. This hostel is overall great, I’d definitely stay here again. Power socket is next to the bed.

Kitchen was small and once you return your keycard after checkout, you lose access. In some hostel you can use kitchen after checkout, here it’s not possible, so bear that in mind. Also, we struggled a little with the padlock on the locker cabinets in dormitory. But there’s a guide on the lockers, so just follow the instructions and you’ll be fine :)

There are only a few affordable accommodations in Italy. Ostello Meet was one of them. The place is very spacious and modern, the staff is very nice and helpful. The location is convenient: the train and bus station, the groceries and the lake are all close by.

I guess the architects and interior designers made some practical mistakes. For example regarding the bathroom and toilet doors or the shower door. But the light switches are also tricky, almost no one found them for minutes. Besides that I suggest applying some hangers or any extra surface in the bathrooms where people could place their clothes, towels etc. while using the space. A hand towel or paper towels would also be a nice touch. And any smaller lights by the beds would be awesome. I was lucky with my respectful roommates that they switched off the main light and were doing everything in the dark, using their phones, while others were already or still sleeping.

There was so much stuff to do in the hostel and multiple areas to lounge or play games (pool and a plethora of card/board games). They had breakfast for you and cheap alcohol which you could buy in the evening. It was very close to the lake, the station and local bus stop. There is a bar which serves food literally a minute walk away which you get 10% off at when you stay here. There are multiple toilets on each floor and main room so don’t have to wait and the toilet/shower is separate so you don’t have to wait for people to finish their shower either. There was a clothes horse for hanging out wet clothes and the lockers are big enough for a proper suitcase to fit (do need own lock tho or can rent from reception).

The only downside I could have was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable and there wasn’t a curtain on the bed either. Also the check in times are a little early but the staff are super nice if you end up running late and will stay to check you in with valid reasoning tho - my train got delayed by 1+ hours and they were totally understandable and waived the late fee for me.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The rooms were nice and clean, and it was a big plus to have a shower and toilet right in the room. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, being close to the railway station and a supermarket. The only downside was the size of the kitchen—it was a bit too small for the number of guests, and there were times when there weren't enough forks. But overall, it was a positive experience, and I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay.

The location is amazing. Lake Garda itself is an absolutely stunning, and the hostel is a short walk away from swimming spots, grocery stores, bus/train stations, and the amazing town centre full of bars and shops. The hostel itself is the exact sort of hostel I look for. It’s not like a corporate chain but a laid back community with events, and cool unique social areas.

The hostel was loud at times, Lake Garda attracts young partiers so be warned. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaned more often. Shared toilets often smelt bad and shower rooms full of water and soaked. Also this has nothing to do with the property but Italian buses suck and it’s difficult to get around Lake Garda to places like Sirmione for example. Staff told us that all bus information was up to date on google maps and fine but it was kind of misleading. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours for a bus back to Peschiera, only a 20 min ride. Again that’s more an Italy problem but be warned.

The location of the Hostel is great, 10 min or less to get downtown, It is very close to the lake. The room was clean, it has access to the garden, very nice. The kitchen has everything to cook. They offer breakfast at affordable price.

I found a little bit smaller for 1 bunker bed and 1 single bed were to close to each other. I did not have a nigh table so I used a chair. The fridge in the kitchen to keep stuff for guest was a smaller, it was hard to find a spot to place my food. Other than that, It was a good experience.

I think this is a purposeful and well managed hostel were things works and it is kept clean. The room (with 4 bunk beds) was big and had a separate shower and toilet and a balcony with drying racks. The AC was the highlight. It is located on a quiet street but just a short walk from the small touristic center and the beach. Parking was no problem. 3€ for a beer and for breakfast is cheap. Personally I would prefer to maybe pay 5 for the breakfast and have some more options.

Many school children occupied the hostel when I was there and they are a bit loud and “take up space”. The mattress was not the most comfortable and it had an unpleasant plastic cover that the sheet slides around on and do not stay in place. I would have liked there to be strap on sheets, and I even think they could have put in wider and more comfortable bunk beds. There is space to do that. Also, I don’t understand why you would put the light switch for the bathrooms outside? If you have it inside you don’t have to disturb the others by lightning up the room if you need to use the bathroom in the night. Seen this so many times and it is a rattle to me why it is done this way?

They have a nice, big Common room. On one Night they had a cooking event. The location of the hostel is good, you have to walk 10min to get into the city with all the restaurants. The rooms are nice but simple. You have a bed and a closet/ locker, which can be closed with a lock.

Not really a negative topic but something I want to mention. The 10-Bed room had only one shower and a separate toilet. There are also “public” toilets but they were dirtier than the one in the room. The air conditioner was positioned in such a way that the air will blow directly onto the upper beds. It was really cold there with the air conditioner on.

The premises were clean, many options to have fun and relaxing moments. The Kitchen was ok, bathrooms also good, WiFi excellent. I played piano, enjoyed reading books, singing songs, the coffee was superb, the staff very friendly (Matteo, Alessio, Kathleen, on top for their manners: polite and helpful. I stayed for 3 days, I definitely will go back. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Congratulations! One of the best hostels. Only one thing could be improved as regards the guests' privacy: provide beds with some night curtains. The rest is satisfactory! 👍🏻

Excellent laid-back vibe: the ground floor and garden have plenty of options to sit comfortably, chat with fellow travelers, have a drink, snooze in a hammock, and just enjoy yourself. Good diversity in ages and origins too, giving the place a relaxed atmosphere. This suited me just fine. Good-sized kitchen, clean and organised, open until 10.30pm. Coffee and tea are free and available throughout the day, if you want anything else to drink the bar is open from early til late. A breakfast of cereals, fruit juice, toast and jams is provided for just € 3 (the same whether you book in advance or decide on the fly). Or you can buy your own food, and keep it in the fridge. On Sunday we had a social dinner: a simple meal for a decent price plus the chance to meet loads of new friends. Each bed has its own light, electricity outlet, and a shelf for your phone/glasses/etc. The bunk beds are sturdy: I didn't once notice my bunk buddy turning over or getting up. The room had a big table in the middle, large lockers, and a drying rack on the balcony. All very useful. There was a separate shower and toilet in the room, each with its own sink. Everything was well-kept and clean, and water temperature, pressure etc were fine too. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and are as skilled at mixing a spritz as at solving bigger problems. I thought they struck a great balance between making you feel at home and making sure everything runs smoothly. Location-wise it's about a 10min walk to the train station and to the town of Peschiera. The lakefront with its restaurants and bars is just a street away, and a short stroll away you will find several shops. Check the TooGoodToGo app! I got a big box filled with delicious cake from the patisserie down the road ;-) All in all a great hostel, and I hope to visit again!

When you flush the toilet, make sure the button comes back up all the way. Otherwise the water might keep running, which would be a waste. Really can't think of anything else!
