It's in an told town with lovely traditional Italian streets. Since the price was very low, I expected a very small, but the room was surprisingly spacious and had a little balcony with street view. 5 min walk to the Info Center; in front of it is the mini bus stop for you to go to Villa Romana del Casale (April - Oct, 6 times a day, round trip 2.5 euro). Very comformable. I wanted to stay a few days more.

It wasn't really B&B as the breakfast was not prepared and served. The owner told to eat things in the fridge at the entrance room, but the fridge only had yogurt, juice, and jams. The WiFi password was given, but my devices (iOS, android, windows) said "connected without Internet" (other guests had the same experience), so I couldn't use it.

Fantastic place in beautiful Piazza Armerina. Comfortable and pleasant place, very clean and smells nice. I found a parking very near in the street below, and since the b&b is in the historical center, everything was in reach very easily. The owners are wonderful nice people who were glad to help and the communication was excellent upon arrival.

Location and it was clean. Not charming decor but Alma was very helpful and even brought me some coffee when I got sick. She also got me some unsweetened yogurt and they provided water, oranges and apples. We rented 2 rooms, one for my great niece.

Dead plants in the planters on the tiny balcony and mismatched unattractive bedspreads.

The host was very friendly and very flexible. They have provided us with a great breakfast and allowed us to leave our suitcases at the facilitiy while we visited piazza Armerina. Recommended.

I would only recommend to actively advise guests on where to leave the car. Following google maps it can be very easy to get stuck in extremely narrow cul-de-sacs.

The room was simple, clean and very spacious. The location was excellent, a stroll from the centre and from nice restaurants and shops. The owner was extremely hospitable and available. The breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Overall very comfortable and good value for money. There is street parking within 50meters of the property.

It is in a lane without direct street access so you have to carry your luggage up 20stairs and walk down.

Nice refurbished accommodation to a high standard, Fabrizio is a nice welcoming guy. The town worth a visit if you want to get away from the mainstream towns. Extremelly clean, very pleasant stay, best value stay if you don't want to spend three times more.

I felt as if I'm the first guest in this B&B. Super clean. Comfortable. 3 people easily could fit in the room if I was not alone. 10 to 15 min walking from the bus stop for long distance bus.

Owners tried to be helpful but didn't speak English. Location is okay but in back alley of old town.
