The position is fantastic - at the top off the hill next to the Cathedral. Staff very pleasant. The "themed", as opposed to numbered, rooms were a little bit quirky but the better for it. Piazza Armerina itself is an unexpected gem.

The hotel is very clearly marked with large letters on the wall facing the Cathedral. The actual entrance not so much - when approaching on foot I walked past the little sign on the gate under the archway and I still nearly missed the actual door of the hotel after I'd found that!

The room was large and clean and was a throwback to the 1960's even though the building itself was hundreds of years old. The room had a terrace opeining on the pizza and we could watch the performance from our room. We came to see Villa Romana del Casale for the extraordinary Roman mosaics and the hotel was only a few miles away. It was a very nice breakfast and the staff was attentive. Wonderful restaurant around the corner.

Parking was difficult because there was a theater performance in the piazza but the young concierge went out of her way to come with us to find a legal parking space.

All the staff we meet were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a feast. The location just in front on the magnificent cathedral was the best in town.

It was a bit hair raising driving up the narrow streets to reach the cathedral square and I imagine at busier times in the year it might be difficult to find a parking space, but was okay for us

Everything! The rooms are simply amazing. Huge, comfortable but the amazing artwork makes it extra special! It's beautiful!! The location is perfect, facing the cathedral. The staff was terrific as well as the great breakfast on the roof deck. Sorry we could stay longer!

The staff was wonderful, so personal and helpful and able to tell us interesting things about the town. The room was exceptional in its decor-- truly unique. The perfect place for artistic people who like creativity and humor . The town is in transition, as part of the one-euro-for-a-house plan to bring new life into the place. It has a lot of potential, and creative sprits like the people who run this hotel are making a contribution.

The staff were fantastic. So welcoming and helpful. We had a flat tyre and they went to great lengths to help us. The room was lovely and the location was perfect, right on the square. Breakfast was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay in Piazza Armerina

The property and location are both exceptional. Clean and well kept. However most importantly the staff were exceptional. The gentleman at the property, Mams, was an excellent host and took care of everything making our stay easy and enjoyable.

There was nothing not to like except that we only had time to stay one night on this trip but we will be back.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with rooftop terrace. Room decor was interesting and good fun to experience and lived up to the “Art Design” concept.

We were welcomed like kings and loved the amazing decor, the attentive hosts and the breakfast on the terrace. The location was fantastic with a direct view on the Duomo. Would come back any time again....we even got a free room upgrade!
