Wow! This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The room was beautifully appointed and looked out on a garden. It's located right in the centro historico, so it's walking distance to the best restaurants and all the sites. The owner could not have been more helpful. He helped us find parking nearby (very difficult in the old city) and even carried out heaviest bag to the room. I suggest asking his advice for anything you need, because all of his recommendations were spot on. The breakfast wad delicious and ample. Really a lovely stay!

Everything was wonderful.

Room is spacious and nicely decorated. Location is good, close to the main steet. The owner waited for us on the road and pointed us to the paid parking (2 EURO from evening till noon the next day), which is just shy of 5 minutes walking to the hotel. Breakfast was great! freshly made eggs, good bread and coffee, This was the only place we visited that served a pistachio spread- such a treat! The hotel is located in a narrow street with no access to vehicles, so it is very quiet.

If you have luggage, its about 5 minutes walking on a paved street. There is no elevator and the stairs are a bit narrow- but the host helped us with one of the bags. Host was very nice, although his english level was basic (but it was enough)

You can indicate what you like for breakfast, and then there is more next to that in a nice room :-). nice, flexible host. Parking can be done for example near the SPAR (walking distance) except for thursday. But parking fee is next to free on other locations. The BnB has a nice garden too. It is a good place to explore the historical sites nearby and the village itself is nice too. Host helped me out with an adapter plug - which is othen also needed for the stanadard EU devices on sicily. Check out the Garibaldi theatre for movies or what else happens.

the B&B is located at the entrance to the historical center. the place is beautifuly decorated and very convinent. the breakfast is excellent and served beautifully. the Owner Morgan is very friendly and helpful, instructed us (and paid!!) for the public parking near by, help to carry our baggs and recommended good resturants for dinner.

the nearest public parking is located 200 meters from the B&B, the parking place was saved for us by the Owner/ in high season it may be complicated....

Excellent location within east walking distance of restaurants and the duomo. However, quiet with no traffic noise. Parking was in public carpark with low fee, spaces available easily in April. The owner met us to show where. Breakfast was good and efficient.

It would’ve better to visit at a time of year when it was warm enough to sit in the nice garden. Croissants every day at breakfast would be better instead of sometimes!

Beautifully and creatively decorated. Loved the colours. Very clean. The breakfast was extensive and well-prepared. Management friendly and helpful. Wonderful beds. Slept well. Everything worked and was of good quality.

The garden was a bit unkempt … thought it is September and hard to keep up with that. No cushions on the garden furniture. The BnB is on a narrow, small street, parking about a block away. This is not necessarily a negative, just good to know. After 4 months of no rain, Piazza Armerina has a problem with pigeons! Dirty streets, feathers everywhere.

This is a beautiful boutique B&B in the heart of Piazza Armenira. The decor is just lovely and the rooms spacious with lots of interesting additions. Breakfast was amazing in the lovely breakfast room and Morgan super helpful host. If you plan to stay in this town then stay here, its just gorgeous! We loved our stay, were amazed by our vist to Villa Romana and thoroughly enjoyed our evening in this non touristy town

Nothing at all

Giardino delle Zagare has been beautifully renovated and has many interesting artifacts which have been carefully chosen to create a fabulous B&B. Our bedroom had the feature of a bicycle suspended over a glass walkway. The breakfast was delicious and we felt very much 'at home'. The B&B is a five minute walk from the parking area which might be an issue for some people. We enjoyed a wine tasting at the family wine bar which is very close by which we really enjoyed. We'd definitely like to stay again and can highly recommend it.

Perfect location snd great support from proprietor Morgan to guide us to safe and legal parking. Super breakfast and loved the caffe Americano in a big pot - good for refills. Our room was just right although our friends booked the apartment off garden snd we did enjoy their sitting room for socializing. One the other hand, I think our bathroom had more counter space. Decor is beautiful! perfect two night stay for leisurely visit to Villa Romana and easy morning drive next day to Agrigento and the. beyond. We liked piazza Armerina also!

The place is very clean and comfortable. The room was lovely. A lot of thought has clearly gone into the decor in the whole place. Location is very convenient to exploring the old town. We could access the garden as well. The owners were lovely. We had a very pleasant stay.

It was not an issue for us at all, but it is worth mentioning that you access the place via narrow streets and you can't drive all the way there. Just something to be aware of if anyone has mobility issues.
