Great central location in Pisa, with lovely welcoming and helpful hosts. We explored all the sights in Pisa and used this small, friendly B&B as a base to visit other places in the area by train. The room was a very good size with a shower room and comfortable bed. Nicely styled and clean. Our room was on the corner of the building so had good light and views of the city streets ( but also shutters to keep it dark at night). Nice choices for breakfast, always served with a smile and conversation with Andy and Andrew to start our days

There was noise at night on just ONE night and early morning road sweepers… but this is a city centre property so complete peace and quiet would NOT be expected.

The position is excellent, although in the beginning I had difficulties to find it, several times (no exterior signs). The owners and staff are lovely, kind and very, very helpful. The bed is comfortable, but the room I stayed in was quite small and not very comfortable. The bath is clean and ok, although not very new and (as in all hotels) it is missing hooks to hang clothes and towels. The shower is a bit tight. The room has a good AC unit (very useful this summer). The towels are changed every days. Wifi seemed ok to me but I did not download anything.

The room has two useless (entrance and kitchen) rooms before the bed room. It is not very comfortable: to watch tv, which is in the kitchen, you have to sit on a wooden kitchen chair. Having this kitchen room before a small bed room is a bit sad. I would unite the venues into 1 big room and make it more comfortable (maybe wooden floor instead of sad, dark cotto tiles). The kitchen should be closed in a closet, so that it is not visible to those, that do not use it. Please render the room more comfortable. The bed room misses hooks to hang clothes, I had to take a chair from the kitchen...The closet which is very small, cannot be used to contain the spare pillow etc; when full it is useless to hang clothes.

Breakfast was more than expected. Fresh squeezed OJ, omelettes, great patisserie, and many other great breakfast options (fresh made yogurt, granola, etc. ).

Stayed in room 5. Reasonable view. Open windows in evening. AC. LOCATION. Location. Location. Andrew and Andy are both very gracious in their own way. Very clean. Therefore, nothing not to like. Dont be concerned about the unassuming entrance. Julia, in afternoons , was lovely and very helpful and very dedicated to her future as a university “teacher”. We, wife and I, consider this a fortunate find among the many options in Pisa. We were a few minutes from Arno River, the BEST Gelato in Pisa, and the Pisa tower. They give excellent food options. Absolutely nothing not to like!!!!!

On arrival we received the best welcome !!! Andy gave us advice on the best things to do in pisa … we ate at one of the restaurants he recommended and it was brilliant …. Then Andrew showed us around our room … the rooms are lovely and spacious… the mini toiletries came in handy as we’d nearly run out !! next morning a lovely breakfast… you will not find nicer hosts than Andy and Andrew ! Would definitely recommend people stay here !!!

We didn’t want to leave !! Our flight was very early on departure day …but we were presented with a box of breakfast items to have before we went .. which was fantastic !!

Everything was beautiful about our stay at this gorgeous b&b. I read the reviews before I booked and I can confirm they are accurate. On top of having a stunning property at the heart of Pisa, the owners seemed truly invested in serving our needs in the best way possible. Opening the windows of a spacious, tall-ceiling bedroom to see the narrow streets of the town below and then having delicious freshly-made breakfast in a wonderful little room with a fresco ceiling, gave our trip the Italian vibe we were looking for.

There is nothing to note. Travelers should be aware that they have to carry their luggage for a minute or two.

Everything from check in to leaving was fabulous. We arrived after reception had closed, the instructions provided were very clear and we had no problems. Room, kitchen and bathroom was very clean, bed comfy, extra pillows and blanket available, lovely white fluffy towels, water and soft drinks available at all time in the fridge in the room and included in the room rate. Breakfast was lovely experience, the overnight oats and chocolate pastries were my favourites. Andy and Andrew are the perfect hosts, they want their guests to have a lovely experience and engage with all guests, helping with restaurant recommendations, hints and tips for Pisa and traveling to Florence and Lucca. Location is very convenient for all the sights Pisa has to offer, lots of restaurants and the train station.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The Rinascimento Bed & Breakfast was a lucky find in the centre of Pisa. A charming property full of character it was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for a spot of sightseeing. A delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of choice was served in the quaint dining room. Andrew and Andy were warm and welcoming hosts and as a 60 something solo female traveler made my one night stop over in Pisa before my onward journey a lovely relaxing start to my week long writing course in Tuscany. They arranged a taxi to collect me from the airport on my arrival, and another the following day to meet up with my taxi for my onward journey. Even carrying my suitcase and escorted me to the taxi a couple of streets away due to a road closure. Can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend the Rinascimento Bed & Breakfast and any future trips to Pisa I will be booking a room.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay. On arrival Andy took the time to show us a map of the area, hilighted all the places we planned on seeing, provided fabulous restaurant recommendations which we loved and even helped us plan our trip to Lucca with train times and suggestions of what to do there. Our room was stunning, spotlessly clean, so pretty and the attention to detail was fabulous, from the complimentary soft drinks provided in the fridge, to the beautiful smell of the diffuser, the overall decor, and they even provided ear plugs to assist with the night time street noise which thankfully wasn't too much of an issue for us. The bathroom was lovely, and again well stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfy, plenty of hangers in the wardrobe and enough storage space. We even had Sky tv. Breakfast was fabulous, such a beautiful room and a great selection of pastries, muffins, croissants, fruit, yoghurts, fresh juices, toast, and freshly cooked eggs with bacon. Nothing was too much trouble, our hosts Andrew and Andy were so welcoming, warm and friendly. The location was perfect with everything in easy walking distance, including the train station only 10mins away. We really loved staying here, it way exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be recommending it to all our friends and family. It really was a pleasure. Thank you for everything.

We only stayed in Pisa one night but Andy and Andrew’s b&b made us wish we would’ve stayed longer! It is perfectly located - close to the train station, close to the tower and other sights, and close to many delicious restaurants. Andy and Andrew are so friendly and welcoming - we really loved hearing their recommendations for what to do and where to eat. In fact, we only did things that they recommended and we loved our trip! We cannot recommend this place enough. It is our favorite place we’ve stayed on our 3-week trip - thank you so much, Andy and Andrew! We hope to see you again soon!

The location is perfect, walking distance to the tower and river. The hotel was truly wonderful, I never throw that sentence around loosely. You would not be disappointed in staying here. The two owners went above and beyond to ensure we made the most out of our stay, from giving recommendations to where to eat (which were fantastic) to what is worth seeing. The attention to detail in the hotel and it’s amenities were excellent - from slippers, a decent hairdryer and make up wipes to soft drinks and Sky TV in your room (not that it was really used as we were out walking till late). The breakfast was fabulous. I would recommend this hotel to my nearest and dearest over and over again. thank you for a great stay.
