Communication with host was good, including key code access to the property so entering was easy. Very old building with high ceilings and grand decor. Room 7, in which we stayed, was very large, comprising of a bedroom with ensuite facilities, plus living room with doors out onto the garden. Breakfast was provided in the room next door from 8am - 10am and was plentiful. The member of staff on duty to serve breakfast was polite and helpful, also booking a taxi for us on departure. Location is perfect for the leaning tower and surrounding area. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk.

Although the room was very grand it was a bit run down and the shower room a bit cramped. I am very tall and couldn't actually sit straight on the toilet due to the location of the shower cubicle.

The House is absolutely great!! not a B&B, because the size of this old and beautiful building is amazing!. We love the room, the high roof and the space. Very clean, tidy and lovely. The staff is very friendly, nice and open. My partner is Italian, and for her coming back home was delicious. She loved our accommodation, and so did I. Totally worth it and I would recommend it to everyone!.

The coffee in the morning for breakfast...not great actually considering Italy is one of the countries with the best coffee in the World!!

This was a fabulous location in the centre of Pisa with secure parking. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us and response time to any queries was very prompt. Breakfast was generous, delicious and very good value. The building is a beautiful old town house in a quiet central location of narrow streets, it is a shabby but much loved family home

If you are looking for all mod cons this is not the place for you. The shabby chic atmosphere is all part of the charm.

The location was unbeatable! Such a short walk to the Square of Miracles, and plenty of restaurants and shops Excellent area for our family, wonderful private parking, and private area to walk our dogs. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful, VERY attentive and fast response time

I believe this is because Italian is not my first language, but figuring out the exact way into the parking area was difficult for me. It was through lots of time on the phone, and really trial and error that I figured out how to access parking. My family stayed in the car while I went inside, all around and finally found the correct areas, keys, buttons.

The room was extremely beautiful, with a frescoed ceiling. The location is fantastic (and definitely one of the main reasons I chose to stay here). Even though I did not have time to enjoy it properly, the garden seemed fantastic.

Being right on the street at ground level meant that a couple of noisy students' groups bothered me during the night. But it was to be expected, given the location in the very centre, and also not that bad, as they moved away in a matter of minutes and I could go back to my sleep.

Great place to stay for one night, it is located almost in center of old town, few minutes to tower. We were travelling by car, and owners issued special (electronic I believe) allowance to enter old city. Private parking at garden of this beautiful old villa. House and apartments really antic and beautiful. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Registration is completely electronic - we just filled special form on their cite.

Because of old antic furniture - it is a little worn out, but looks fantastic!

Location was perfect, tower almost on top of us. On site parking a great advantage to us as we drove. Breakfast was ok, staff welcoming. The room we stayed in had its own little patio area and was very private. It was like going back in time but in a positive way, very old and look original.

Could only say breakfast could have been a little better, but it's not something I would hold it against them for not coming back.

Location is excellent, close to the Pisa Tower and the Duomo. The place itself is an old villa with a lot of charm. Although personal is not always there , they are very well organized.

I ask for a room for three people. They provided a King Size one and a small one. Both weren't super comfortable but depends on the individual. I slept very well after a nice Spritz Campari.

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking to the Leaning Tower. The room is also rather spacious. Easy check-in and check-out and friendly & helpful personnel.

Mold on the walls does not make a good impression. It was rather quiet during our stay (mid October), but you can actually hear what's hapenning in the corridor quite well, eg: people talking, opening/locking doors, walking etc. So, take a pair of earplugs).

The location of the property is superb, within walking distance of the Tower and attractions. The breakfast was fresh and there was plenty available. The English tea was lovely and hot- thank you!! The rooms were big and airy with the added bonus of a door out onto a lovely garden. This was a great surprise! To sit in the garden at leisure was great after a long day sightseeing. The breakfast host ordered us a taxi for the airport and it came within 3 minutes! Very authentic Pisa property- Nearly like an old convent -Strongly reccommened
