Everything was lovely. The owners were delightful and so helpful, booking us a taxi to the airport as well. There rooms were quirky and peaceful, there was air con, which worked and was quiet. There was lots of cake, with tea making facilities, and copious amounts of water on offer - fizzy and plain, which you could take to your room. The breakfast was amazing, with something for everyone. Their care and attention even went as far as putting a book by the bed with our name on! (Although I had to read some Thomas Mann for A level German and don't feel inclined to repeat that experience... ) But, talking of books, you'd need to stay for ever, to read them all! I would recommend B&B Di Camilla to anyone.

Di Camilla is well located. An easy walk from the railway station and central to all the main sites. A real find behind the plain wooden street door. It was quiet and peaceful with comfortable sitting areas and an amazing collection of books covering many interesting subjects. I believe they had in the region of 5000 books. Many in English. The rooms were very clean. It was also lovely having facilities to make tea and coffee in the communal sitting area (plus in the room) and the daily option of home baked cakes and biscuits if you felt peckish. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. I recommend the fresh fruit and also the scrambled eggs. Our breakfast host was a charming and friendly older Italian man who balanced the art of chatting with you whilst also giving you privacy. He was delightful.

It’s a beautifully decorated B&B with great and intricate details. Lounge is spectacular and so peaceful to chill day and night. Breakfast is beautifully served on the table with plenty of snack choices. If you want hot breakfast you can ask and girls make delicious omelets if requested. Beatriccia was great host and very helpful in explaining about directions. Bed’s were comfortable and room was clean.

Only downside, the room was full of mosquitoes at night. Some rooms have mosquito net on the windows, unfortunately ours didn’t, as it had a balcony with large doors. Our little one was bitten by mosquitoes from head to toe which got infected 2 days later. We were bitten too, luckily it wasn’t to bad. There were some repellents left to use, but we found out about them late. It would be good if there were notification about them prior entering the house.

Property location was good with a short walk into the centre. However it was quite and serene. Loris (the waiter) was great, old school, funny and kind Italian waiter.

Most of the lights in the bedroom did not work, the air conditioner was temperamental and the cleaning schedule was tightly between breakfast and lunch which meant when we went back to the room for an hour after breakfast to change before going out we missed our cleaning. Breakfast was average, not sure why so many reviews rave about it - continental buffet with limited choice.

We booked B & B Camilla based on its reviews, we was not disappointed, location is perfect, 2 mins walk from main street with lots of restaurants, 15 minute walk to Pisa, 10 minute walk to high street with amazing shops ( over the bridge) The building is beautiful with lovely lounges to chill out in after a day out but before you go out again in the evening. Large spread for breakfast of pastries, cakes, continental breakfast, teas, coffees and juices. Staff can't do enough to help you. Totally recommend a stay here

We would have liked a safe in the room but this was not a deal breaker

This property is beautiful!! We loved the area downstairs. It’s so cozy, and wonderful that there are snacks and coffee to enjoy all the time. The breakfast was great, everyone on the staff was very kind and accommodating. We were here with our 3 children, and they gave us a small mattress for our 4 year old, even though I had booked the room for only 4 people. The room is small for 4 people, but comfortable for a night. They put two roll away beds in the room for our two kids, and there is also a large bed. This property is about a 15 minute walk from the tower.

Loved everything!

Our stay was amazing and the place is exactly like in the pictures. We stayed there for New Years Eve and the Christmas decorations were simply gorgeous and the whole place had a cozy feeling. The room is spacious, bathroom well equipped and outside you can see lemon trees. The breakfast is the main attraction here, plenty of choices, everything fresh and during the day you have pastries and water at disposal. Walking distance from the main attractions and sightseeing in Pisa. I will definitely come back.

Noise in the morning for the room right next to the breakfast area. Not a downsize, but hard if you want to sleep in.

The shower size is a bit small and we had to wait for hot water but understable for that type of house Walls are not very soundproof No sustainable policy regarding towel change (we got new ones even if they were hanged)

The B&B DiCamillo is so beautiful, the first surprise is when you open the front door from the street and you walk into the beautiful garden with sun terrace. Then the two beautiful, inside relaxing areas, stunningly decorated as you meander up the marble staircase there are books everywhere, not cluttered, but really amazing space. The bedroom was big enough for four of us, and again, beautifully decorated with an en suite bathroom. We had a fantastic nights sleep and a delicious breakfast the next morning the breakfast buffet caters for every taste. excellent

Absolutely superb B&B. Location was fantastic. Close to everything but far away enough from the noise to have a good sleep. Inside a courtyard so lovely peaceful sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Cakes and biscuits galore! Had a lovely omelette. The staff were exceptional. I booked to run a marathon and the staff arranged to come in early to prepare a special breakfast for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and welcoming. Easy check in experience. They supplied an extra bed so I could get a good sleep. They booked a taxi to the airport for us and when we left our bag in the taxi they arranged for it to be returned. All in all the most perfect stay in the most beautiful setting. Everything is effortlessly chic, clean and stunning. Would 100% return.
