Great location at the center of Pistoia, fabulous three way view, privet balcony, very clean, good hospitality, farmers market outside almost every day

Since the place is at the center, there is no parking area nearby. The hotel owns only four parking place and you cant reserved it even if you request four months ahead.... Our room is perfect for couple, less for family with little children since it have stairs....

Fantastic location. You couldn’t be closer to everything & despite being central, our room was so quiet! We arrived in exceptionally hot weather but our room was cool & comfortable. The shower was excellent & the bed wonderfully comfortable. I really loved the gold glass washbasin. The directions to the pre-arranged parking were spot on & it was very easy to find. Breakfast was delicious & it was lovely sitting outside, watching the market. We are back here in September for our wedding. Looking forward to it very much.

This truly is a boutique hotel. Three buildings from the 1300s were joined together and an incredibly tasteful and intelligent renovation was done in 2015. The location is spectacular -- right next to the Baptistry in the main piazza. You are immersed in history but with every modern convenience at your fingertips. We particularly appreciated many power outlets, some with USB slots so we could charge phones, plus great lighting. Nice touches were the expresso coffee maker with superb coffee in packets (much better than Nespresso), complimentary bottled water, a tasty biscotti from the bakery.

I had stayed here once before, so there was nothing I didn't like. But if you are driving, be forewarned that you cannot drive up to the front door. They do have spaces in an underground garage, about a 3 minute walk away. I would have preferred a long email with much of the essential information sent maybe a week before our stay, versus WhatsApp messages sent 2 - 3 days before.

I have stayed in this hotel before so I was already familiar with it. It is in a good location for me and the room was large and comfortable. The price is reasonable for what you get. Not a huge breakfast buffet but certainly plenty for us. We did not eat in the restaurant but ordered carryout. The meal was very good.

It can be a little hard to find the first you go there but the people are very helpful if you call them.

I could not believe how fantastic the hotel was on the inside. We upgraded to the top floor and we had a small balcony to look out over the whole town, it was fantastic, and as we were going to the Pistoia Blues festival it was literally a two minute walk to the square. I cannot wait to come back again. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

I don't think there was a down side really.

A lovely room overlooking the baptistery. Whilst being in the city centre, the room was very quiet. And we ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel which was extremely good.

I was expecting a buffet breakfast but we had to go to the bar and ask for our coffee and cakes which made us feel that we couldn’t ask for ‘seconds’. However, having said that, what we did have was tasty.

As an experienced traveller I could confirm that this hotel is a fantastic! Amazing place, nice spacy rooms with very comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent! We also had a dinners at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious! We spent here with a group of the colleagues 5 nights and everybody was absolutely happy about the hotel facilities and staff.

The location was great - just a tiny bit difficult to find as it is on a small narrow street and the name does not stand out. But there os a food restaurant just next to the hotel, lots of other restaurants and shops. Central location. The room was very chic - clean and cute. Would recommend. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Very nice small hotel with (our room) market square view, very quite (surprisingly quite), beautiful Interieurs, very clean, good breakfast. Whatsapp group was made by the hotel stuff prior our arrival to fasten and lighten the communication
