Fantastic staff, so hugely helpful! They were amazing. The hotel is located in a prime spot of the town! About 300 feet from everything. What a wonderful, friendly town also. The people are lovely. Nina helped us get to the parking garage and back the next day during the market and all the people at the desk were so friendly and happy and kind. They are absolute gems! You are fortunate to have them. Nina is honestly the face of the brand !and she, along with everyone else was always happy to help with a beautiful smile. What a fabulous staff you have. We were even upgraded in our room for the night. It gave us so much more space. The rooms were generous, the bathroom was fantastic, the staff absolutely amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our neighbor was either smoking with the windows open or with them closed, but all we know is that we could smell it all night.

No restaurant & no room service other than for basic breakfast. was booked for 2 bathrooms but was given different room. They gave us option later when pointed out but we were too near finishing up our holiday, wasn’t worth the effort. This was not made clear at booking time that we needed to specify we had booked for 2 bathrooms room !

The breakfast was perfect. Just the right amount of food - and very healthy options. The staff were so friendly and obliging……..I’d recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Local places to eat were great (we tried three different ones).

There was a leak (NOT a flood!) in our ensuite. Every day around 6pm the floor “developed “ a puddle near the shower (even when we had not used the shower),Really odd! We used a couple of towels each day to mop it up (which makes extra washing!) A small bucket and a mop kept in the room would have solved the problem. No way did it spoil our stay though - just thought I’d mention it for future reference.

Modern, clean, comfortable, excellent client service, professional, helpful, very good value for money. Bedrooms and bathrooms stylish decoration. Quality beds. Loved my stay of 3 nights and could have stayed longer and still find no faults! Thank you and well done Palazzo 42

Breakfast was not a ten, but a 7. This can be forgiven as they are catering to guests with needs for a different breakfast then what the Italian tradition requires.

Very nice hotel located in the center of Pistoia on a quiet street. Beautiful, clean and quiet rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Although the breakfast area isn't too big the selection of meals is very satisfactory. We didn't make a reservation for parking place, but there is a lot of free spaces in few minutes walk radius. For initial check-in there is one spot for a car just at the door. Definitely would like to visit this place again.

We were upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The room was beautiful, comfortable and cool, with two separate air conditioners for the different parts of the suite. The parking area was not too far and secure. Pistoia is a fun town to visit with a lively centre. The hotel is in a great location.

The breakfast was good, but a larger selection of fresh breads would have been welcome.

The location is great, right in the centre, close to shops, restaurants. The hotel is very clean. But most of all, the staff is amazing. I forgot my phone in the room, chrcked out and left. Once discovered, they came to my location to bring my phone and that was a very nice thing to do. And even during my stay they did all the best to accomodate my stay. So yes, would highly recomment this hotel. Thanks.

Delightful, welcoming staff who were always helpful. Modern, clean interior design in a historic area. Modern glass lift or stairs, great choices for a buffet breakfast,comfortable beds, additional pillows and covers available if required. Spacious and light bathroom.

Rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is really professional and are very hospitality driven

If there is one thing, I can say that breakfast had little choice of breads and just a few cold cuts. But it was enough for me. Saw only boiled eggs but probably if one asks the kitchen can make something express.

Staff was kind and helpful. Food was local and easy to get to, beds were cozy and the air conditioning actually works! It was also extremely affordable, clean, new.

Finding it was very difficult on the GPS and parking was a challenge. I might not have found it if my family was not directing us. The street market was there so we could not bring our cars back to load them up.
