I had the pleasure of staying at Dimora Storica Palazzo Puccini in Pistoia, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff here is not just amazing, but also incredibly professional. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The place itself is a true gem, with its stunning beauty and well-furnished rooms. You can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay comfortable and memorable. And let's not forget the breakfast! The breakfast room is like something out of a dream, and the food is simply delicious. It's the perfect way to start your day. I can't recommend Palazzo Puccini enough. It's a fantastic place with top-notch service. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

This hotel was total perfection! I only stayed here for one night but wish I stayed longer. The room was spacious with gorgeous high ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was stunning and pristine. The aircon was very effective. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The breakfast room is also beautiful and the breakfast offering was simple, but fresh and delicious. Location is perfect. 10 mins from the station on foot and 2 mins to the main square. I loved everything about this including the big windows with a gorgeous view over the courtyard and surrounding buildings.

Definitely, breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The food, setting, friendliness, and warmth of the host were second to none. The hotel is in the historic center of Pistoia so we walked to all attractions and restaurants. One of the best restaurants is just on the other side of the street 20 meters away. Parking costs 15EUR per 24h and is open from 7am to 10pm (please check). Unfortunately for us, we received directions on how to get to the B&B while we were on the road driving, so consequently it took us a while to find it by ourselves. Ask for directions well in advance. The room is extremely spacious, almost 5m from floor to ceiling. We enjoyed staying in this historic building.

To get to the apartment from the street, you need to enter a code on the pad. At night, the digits on the pad are difficult to see, and there is no adequate lighting.

A huuuuge room renovated in an ancient palace, a bit dark as the middle ages should be :), frescoes on the hiiigh ceiling, two comfy single beds, a lovely bathroom, a very welcome water in a glass bottle. A whole little side room arranged as a cupboard. An exteremely friendly reception. I have to add that the receptionist just called me 5 minutes after I mistakenly posted a review of some other hotel under this hotel page. Apologies and congratulations on such short response time !

I killed one mosquito. Luckily it seemed to be the last surviving one in the whole city. More importantly the lovely bathroom has a milky window looking onto an open space in front of reception. A very interesting architectural solution to provide some natural light in the toilet, however one can feel a bit exposed while sitting on .. :) . I'd suggest a little curtain over the bathroom window

The accommodation is in a city hotel, which means walking distance to the city, sights, bars, restaurants, which is great. Parking is available in the nearby parking house (cost 15 EUR/day, there are no free parkings). The room was on the first floor, elevator is available, which makes everything easier. It was spaceous, comfortable and clean. We had a room next to the elevator, but heard no additional noise due to that. We had a remote check-in as the reception works only until 7 p.m., but had no problems with the entry. We met the staff in the morning at breakfast and they are very kind (a lady did come to say hello in the evening, but we still do not know who that person was as the receptionist on the phone said noone is there after 7 p.m. :-)) Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and served in a very stylish room.

No place to walk the dog as the location is in the strict city centre.

The property was amazing, the room is situated in a historic building with timeless rooms which make you feel like a king. Breakfast was an absolute delight, by far the best of my stays over the week and the host was very friendly. The location was perfect - I went on a 20 minute walk and saw all of Pistoia’s top historic sights!

The bathroom window is internal and opens into a shared smoking room. However, the bedroom never smelt of smoke.

Beautiful hotel forming part of an old building, exquisitely furnished and decorated in a period style. Plenty of communal space as well as the bedrooms, with books on art and other subjects. The breakfast is exceptionally generous. The staff are charming and helpful. Good central location too.

Beautiful palazzo, amazing room with vaulted ceiling and antique furniture, large bathroom with all the amenities, wonderful breakfast in a lovely elegant room, great service, great location in the centre of Pistoia. Parking in a garage very close to the hotel. We would be back anytime!

Getting to the garage nearby the hotel was very difficult due to the limited zones for cars (which the navigation didn't know about) but we made it in the end. Not the hotel's fault though!

Gorgeous building with vintage furniture, frescoed ceilings, good sized rooms, generous breakfast in delightful dining room. Staff were freindly and helpful

The bed was OK but a luxurious mattress and pillows would have made the stay exceptional. With no internet or local phone checking in was a challenge

It was like staying at a museum. Very friendly staff, loved the breakfast too. And the location was wonderful, easy to just go down and visit the old town.

We had to use a public parking due to having a roofbox on the car, however staff gave us clear instructions where to park nearby and it was all good.
