An amazing place! The rooms and entire building are absolutely stunning—we felt more like we were visiting friends than staying in a hotel. Breakfast was delightful, served in a beautiful dining room, and the location couldn’t be better, with everything just a short distance away. Pistoia turned out to be a wonderful city, even though it’s not as widely known. Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, impeccably clean, and stylishly decorated. Truly one of the most charming hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in!

The only minus for me was the mattress, as I personally prefer a softer one.

Garage was very close. Room was large and beds comfortable. Breakfast was fine with an assortment of sweet and savory items.

There was road construction on the road to the garage. When we drove around, we ended up on 1 road in the ztl. When we got to Palazzio, we had no one to greet us. We used the code we were given to let ourselves in, even though it was 16:00, their normal check-in time. We never saw anyone till breakfast the next day. When I told her about having gone into ztl, she said that was yesterday and she couldn't help us. Now we may end up with an expensive ticket when we get back home.

An elegant hotel in a great location in old Pistoia. The staff are delightful. The breakfast was plentiful, as were the cappuccinos and teas and cookies available throughout the day. Everything was great and totally recommend. In the old centre we were close to so many great restaurants and enjoyed fantastic meals. We also were 15 minutes walk to the train station so we could easily get anywhere we wanted in Tuscany, including to Montecatini Terme for a bike trip and wine tasting. Love!

The single room I had was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, towels and free toiletries were provided. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of sweet and savoury items to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is lovely in the historical centre of Pistoia and some of the ceilings are painted. It is about 15 minutes' walk from the railway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

This location is a real treat. The building itself with the decoration and furniture are beautiful. The staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were given the accessible room which was very large with appropriate bathroom facilities. I love the common "reading room" for an apperitivo not to mention the delicious and very generous breakfast offering. I would go back to Pistoia just to stay at this hotel again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Dimora Storica Palazzo Puccini in Pistoia, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff here is not just amazing, but also incredibly professional. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The place itself is a true gem, with its stunning beauty and well-furnished rooms. You can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay comfortable and memorable. And let's not forget the breakfast! The breakfast room is like something out of a dream, and the food is simply delicious. It's the perfect way to start your day. I can't recommend Palazzo Puccini enough. It's a fantastic place with top-notch service. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

This palazzo is stunningly beautiful and was beyond any expectations. Our room was spacious with a comfortable four poster bed and exquisite furnishings. Chiara and Fabiana were very friendly and helpful and served a delicious breakfast with superb tea and coffee. There was also a lounge area to relax in with cake and hot drinks after a long day. The historical sights of Pistoia are just on the doorstep .

It is perfect - nothing to dislike

This hotel was total perfection! I only stayed here for one night but wish I stayed longer. The room was spacious with gorgeous high ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was stunning and pristine. The aircon was very effective. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. The breakfast room is also beautiful and the breakfast offering was simple, but fresh and delicious. Location is perfect. 10 mins from the station on foot and 2 mins to the main square. I loved everything about this including the big windows with a gorgeous view over the courtyard and surrounding buildings.

Definitely, breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The food, setting, friendliness, and warmth of the host were second to none. The hotel is in the historic center of Pistoia so we walked to all attractions and restaurants. One of the best restaurants is just on the other side of the street 20 meters away. Parking costs 15EUR per 24h and is open from 7am to 10pm (please check). Unfortunately for us, we received directions on how to get to the B&B while we were on the road driving, so consequently it took us a while to find it by ourselves. Ask for directions well in advance. The room is extremely spacious, almost 5m from floor to ceiling. We enjoyed staying in this historic building.

To get to the apartment from the street, you need to enter a code on the pad. At night, the digits on the pad are difficult to see, and there is no adequate lighting.

Wonderful location in the center of city,good size room with high ceiling . Very friendly staff and good breakfast served in a really nice room ,using good China cups . Delicious cake and cookies in common room for night snacking. All around good experience .
