The location is amazing. Footsteps from the beach and stores. The view from our room with a balcony was exceptional. The room was very spacious, updated and clean. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast and front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The owner/manager was very rude to us. Not realizing that we were hotel guests, I believe, he tried to shush us away from the hotel entrance while we were finishing a gelato we had bought next door. He kept saying how it's over tourism in the area, that it's a nice hotel and we were blocking the front door. He even said we didn't belong there. Meanwhile we had 3 of their top suits for 3 nights. I can understand him wanting the front of the hotel to be unobstructed but he should have approached us in a respectful way even if we weren't hotel guests. After he realized we were hotel guests he didn't even care to apologize. I think that's unacceptable.

The best hotel In Positano! Could not ask for a better hotel. It has the most amazing staff and service, beautiful Rooms, gorgeous views of the sea from the balcony of the room, spacious rooms with amazing amenities, the best breakfast and the perfect location. Positano is built into the hills and requires constantly going up and down huge flights of stairs. Location is everything if you want to have an enjoyable stay.This hotel is in the heart of the city so you do not have to go up and down stairs all day. You get the beautiful view from your room (we stayed on the fourth floor) and the perfect location. You are steps away from the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. you can walk up the steps to the road if needed as well. At night you can hear the waves when you sit on the balcony and can watch the sunset. The breakfast was incredible. Fresh juice, cappuccino, eggs, cheese, and every pastry you could ever imagine all made in house. The staff is ready to help with any need and bend over backwards to accommodate (and are just nice, wonderful people). The rooms are stocked daily with drinks which are included in your stay. The bathrooms had every amenity— toothbrushes and paste, shaving kits, etc. The bed was so comfortable and the balcony was perfect to watch the sunset at night. The doors open so you can feel the ocean breeze. They even give you fillip flops for the beach! 10/10 hotel. We routinely stay at luxury hotels and we can’t say enough good things about this hotel which was on par with those experiences.

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect right in front of the beach with no hassle to get to it. The staff is friendly and attentive! The breakfast was great and the terrace where they serve it with an amazing view to the ocean. It is worth booking a room with ocean view. They offer complimentary beach towels which was great as well. I traveled with my daughter and we had an amazing time. If ever back to Positano would definitely book a room here.

Amazing location, the rooms are beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need, you have a beautiful view of the beach and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. Compared to the price of other hotels in the area we believe this was totally worth the price and even more so because you don’t have to climb stairs to get there from the beach and it’s so close to everything, it’s very convenient. We were just delighted with our stay and the staff even helped us guarding our bags while we explored the town a little more, all in all it was the best experience in a hotel at a the beach we had in Italy. Oh, and it has the breakfast included which is a great buffet!

Nothing really, we loved everything about our stay

Enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel, the room, the food, breakfast was so good, ofcourse the location (can’t beat it for sure!) maybe 5 min away from the port and the staff was the cherry on the cake! Rosita made us feel at home during our entire stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Already thinking of going back next year!

I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like. It was definitely and enjoyable stay. They provided everything we needed. Full stock of toiletries, mini bar was refilled each day and was free too!

The service was outstanding! Rosita at the front desk went above and beyond, even helping me plan my trip to the Path of the Gods and loaning me her hat. The restaurant was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was above average, and Catello provided excellent wait service. I'll be dreaming of the chicken Parmesan for months to come.

Because of where the hotel is located, you are in the heart of everything. I had to buy earplugs to sleep because it gets very noisy. That is really my only complaint.

The view was incredible, absolutely nothing can compare to that view! The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Parking was showed as an option, but the reality is that most hotels in Positano can’t provide parking! So they should just be honest about it upfront. It was not a major issue, as the entire town is well connected and the instructions provided by the hotel were clear… however we felt somewhat lied to as we had purposely selected that hotel as we thought it actually had free parking on site (plus a great view and location). This additional parking cost us €150 extra for parking and luggage porter fees which we had not accounted for. Perhaps the hotel should think of included an option for “Room with Parking and porter fees” and include the extra €70+ per day similar to a “Room with Breakfast included” style…

Breakfast was incredible! They have a pastry chef who makes a delicious spread every morning. Scrambled abd hard boiled eggs were always provided along with at least 16 different pastries, breads, freshly cut fruit and coffee.

It was perfect. We ate all our jiggly meals with them as well since it was so good and fresh. The value for Positano was there as well. We always were able to get a fabulous patio table with a view for our nightly dinners.

The breakfast was amazing! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. They held my bags the day I left after I checked out so I could meander without having to deal with them. Thank you for that!

The entrance was tricky to find initially. Once there though it was wonderful. I check out at noon and although I so appreciated them holding my bags until I left late in the day, I held up the shuttle crew because they forgot to bring them at the time arranged. I felt bad for everyone waiting but they were still very pleasant throughout the whole experience.

The hotel was truly charming and our room offered beautiful views. The location was so convenient as we felt like we were in the heart of Positano. Most of all we loved the friendly staff especially Rosita as she made us feel like family. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and make the most of our time in Positano and the Amalfi Coast.
