Many things I liked in this hostel. First of all, the staff, especially ms. Anna, she's amazing, nice, quiet, give all information in smooth way. 2nd, the hostel is very clean and quiet, you can have shared balcony to dry your clothes. The rooms got aircon, the bathroom is amazing, good shower hot/cold water. 3rd, location was good actually. Because its close to the bus stop, mostly everyone needs a bus to travel. Moreover it has nice view to the sea. Its perfect place to stay for 2-3 days. 4th, the hostel provide free water at the reception desk, as well as nice bag. Finally and I must mention, beside thz hostel there's good market where you can buy food/drinks with reasonable prices. I hope this review would help anyhow. Thank you, Ali.

Beautiful view and I got a free upgrade! Loved it and would definitely go back. Dorm was big with lots of space and a nice big patio too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, helped me with my suitcase. There are some steps to get up but it was okay. Only thing is that it’s a fair walk down to the port/main area, my legs are so sore from the steps

Wow! A hostel that feels like a hotel! The hostel is so charming, a little piece of Italy, with the most stunning views from the common area/balcony, and my room also had an amazing balcony to relax in. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great stay, about 10-15 minute walk (downhill) to the centre! The views here are lovely, the staffs are kind and the space in this hostel was lovely! The common space was especially beautiful, with loads of seatings available on the balcony too. Although the room and toilets were smaller, it was cleaned regularly, which is much appreciated. Breakfast was extra, and I opted for scrambled eggs one morning and it was cooked beautifully. No complaints!

I had such an amazing time at the hostel! The view from my room was absolutely stunning, and everything was so clean and well-maintained. It was a real treat to wake up to a spotless shower and toilet every morning. Even after spending time at the beach, I was pleased to find that the room's toilet was still clean. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance despite being a bit far from the beach. I was lucky to meet so many solo travelers like myself and ended up sharing my room with some wonderful girls. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always ready to offer guidance and information whenever I needed it. Plus, after climbing all those stairs in the heat, they would even give you ice water to cool down. I loved the cute cat called Cielo that would be sitting around by the door.
The accommodations were decent, but the beds and pillows could be more comfortable for guests. It might be worth considering a slight reduction in the price of the breakfast to enhance the overall experience.

- The terrace which is open to all hostel patrons. it was such a beautiful space with gorgeous views and sunlight. They served breakfast, coffee, and drinks. - The beds were comfy. - We got a free upgrade. - Bathrooms are clean and spacious, showers were good space-wise and pressure. - Staff very helpful.
- You need a pin code to get inside the main door after a certain time. We weren't aware. We were stuck outside for an hour in the morning after a night out. Luckily the cleaner came and opened the door. - Not really a con because of the views, but just be aware, there's many steep stairs to get back from the beach!

The location is great and very easy to get around using the bus. I paid a lot for a separate patio and a girls dorm, though I recommend going for the mixed dorm if you aren't to worried about going outside your room to use the shower and bathroom. Main reason I'd pick the mixed dorm is because the females on dorm with the patio is very small and the beds are super uncomfy. The mixed form beds are more comfy and bigger and id rather that and honestly the communal patio is right outside the room and so is the bathroom and shower so its totally fine. Communal patio is > the females private patio. If you cant afford the patio option you get a free communal one anyway for the view so get the dorm itself without the patio and it'll save you some coin and the beds are much comfier too.
The beds in the female only dorm were super uncomfy and small that i opted for the bunk to not feel claustrophobic as the only working power point was towards the ladder side of the bottom bunk. super tight space and uncomfy beds. Also a hook in the bathroom is much need to hand garments and or a towel.

The property was gorgeous. There is no question that this is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Everything from the views, to the decor, to the balcony, to the staff. I had a in-room toilet/shower and balcony plus communal showers and terrace so you always had space and options. This hostel is better than many hotels I have stayed in too. Granted, it is also the most expensive hostel I have stayed in, but that is reflected in the quality of the property and services provided. Also, Positano is an EXPENSIVE town. You can easily spend more than a grand on three nights accommodation here. I paid €250 for three nights in high season at Brikette. If you don’t want to pay it, go to a cheaper town. The people here were lovely, and I made so many friends. The staff were 5*. Kelsey, in particular, is an absolute gem. She makes that hostel. (And I still have no idea how she remembered everyone’s names!) I will be back.
The hostel is set high above the main town, meaning getting to the majority of the restaurants (there are a few nice ones nearby) and the beaches is a trek and then coming back up is like climbing Mount Everest in this heat. There are buses, but these stop at midnight. It’s not accessible for people like me who have back problems or other physical disabilities. You need to be located much closer to the town and further down the hill.

The place is perfect. The view, the atmosphere - all was just what I was hoping for and even more. The room was cleaned everyday. I am a clean freak and all was up to a high (hostel) standard. I stayed in a lot of hostels and this was one of the best in terms of the atmosphere and ease of meeting people. I strongly recommend it to people travelling solo.
These are just details that do not affect my opinion, but were slightly inconvenient. The higher bunk bed didn't have any barrier that protects you from falling off the bed. If you move a lot during sleep it might be good to ask for a lower bed. There was also no shelf for the upper bed to keep your things close, so I had to be careful not to crush my glasses during sleep.

Everything was absolutely great The views are of course the best thing of this place. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here Perfect for solo travellers
Everything was great!!!! I’ve seen a lot of complaints in previous reviews regarding the stairs and everything. But this is nothing related to the hostel. You should know that Positano is FULL of stairs. It is not like amalfi where you have a center to walk on. Moreover, it seems obvious that with such great views this hostel is located at a high place of Positano. However, you are not obliged to do the stairs thing as there is an internal bus that takes you down to the beach and back. I personally took this as a chance to do some exercise during my holidays 🥲
