The view was amazing, staff was great, breakfast was nice also. Very clean nice hotel.

The air conditioner either was not working or was on a lock. The room was kind of hot and stuffy, one of the tv's did not work and there was some kind of electrical problem causing the lights to go on and off several times. Other than this, it was a nice experience. Some of the places close way too early so I think it would be better if the hotel had a late night bar open with food.

Gorgeous location. The Villa was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Staff was also very accommodating and treated us like VIPs. View, yard, hot tub, rooms, hotel, pool, all of it was excellent. The breakfast was also an A+. Tony was our server and so passionate and fun. He treated us like royalty. Our only let down was the price of the food and drinks at the hotel. One of the most expensive restaurants in the area if not the most expensive in all of our Italian travels. We ordered 1 “Hugo” Spritz and 1 Shirley Temple at the pool. $25 Euro for the cocktail and $18 Euro for the soda. That’s almost $50 US for 1 cocktail and 1 non-alcoholic beverage. Their pasta was also $35 - $40 Euro per plate. We traveled all over Italy and restaurant prices were consistently $16 Euro - $25 Euro for pasta and $8 - $18 for pizza. The pizza at the hotel restaurant was $25 - $30 Euro. Besides the restaurant pricing and the beds being a little too firm, everything else about the hotel was excellent and we would stay again, definitely.

Food and beverage prices. We wanted to spend more time at the Villa but didn’t want to spend 2x the price for food and beverage. We ended up shopping at the local grocery and also ordering pizza just down the street for $8 per pie, instead of $25 - $30

We’ve done a fair share of travel and Eden Roc is our favorite. The service, location, and overall ambiance are beyond! We stayed in a jacuzzi room and it was simply heaven. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and we were so relaxed that we got room service a few days for lunch — highly recommend! The pizza, salads and yes, CHEESEBURGER, were delicious. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was so outstanding we went again on our last night. I highly suggest the lobster pasta! We planned on visiting the Positano beach, but were so happy at the property that we lounged at the pool a few times. We practically had it to ourselves and kudos to Giuseppe for the fantastic spritzes! Finally, saving the best for last… was breakfast with Tony. I’m smiling as I write this — he and team truly deliver a top-tier breakfast with the best service we’ve had. We will be back!

I loved everything about this hotel. They went above and beyond to help us from the minute we arrived and continued to help us after checkout when we found out the road to Sorrento was closed due to fallen rocks. I would seriously never consider staying anywhere else in Positano, and would go as far to say their hospitality would make me stay in positano again as a base to visit towns I didn’t get to see this time like Amalfi and Ravello. I met a lot of return guests who stated that there has been little staff turnover and that they have built friendships with the staff—from the front desk to the wait staff. If you want to be treated like a family guest stay here. They will know how you take your coffee and what you prefer for their amazing breakfast by the second morning you’re there.

The only thing I don’t like about the property is that it’s far from home so I can’t come back for a long time.

lovely place, very welcoming team, pascal and marcelo were wonderful and everyone we encountered breakfast is truly amazing!! Tony the chef is just wonderful and very hospitable welcoming you with the best cappuccino or babyccino and fresh oj and awesome food! Alfonzo and Vincenzo were great too- everyone was truly amazing the room was beautiful and balcony and all the flowers were unforgettable- they had champagne for us the first night! and so many drinks in fridge which they kept refilling- the views from top restaurant is simply incredible- miss it already and would go back there in a heartbeat

The location and the views from the room balcony were amazing ! Excellent breakfast and the cherry on top was the joy and good spirits of Tony every morning during breakfast! It makes you start the day with a big smile on your face. All staff were very kind and helpful! A special thanks to Pascal on the front desk for all his help, kindness and professionalism. Excellent room service.

Everything was perfect.

The Hotel Eden Roc was incredible. From the size of the rooms with the bedroom and family room, to the patio and views - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The rooms had a separated spaced for the bed and the couch area, which was very comfortable after wandering the hilly roads. The bathroom had a large shower with two rain shower heads, two sinks and plenty of counter spaced. We hung out on the patio every day - enjoying the sunrise and sunset and just staring at the ocean! The staff at the Eden Roc were amazing! We chatted with the lobby staff every day, they were always interested in where we were going, providing tips and asking about our day as we returned....or just chatting. The restaurant staff were all fabulous as well. The free breakfast never left us hungry, no matter your preference, they have you covered. The staff got to know what we preferred too. You can't beat the view - rooftop dining with full windows!! Thanks to everyone there, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Room, living room and kitchen with the world's best views. on a big balcony. Staff was very good. Tony at the breakfast zone is out of the world service person. Never seen so much personal touch in last 25 years of Travel. Reception staff is very good and so is concierge staff. Breakfast was great

House keeping staff on day 1 did not do a good job but the reception staff urgently took care of that.

very expensive but then the whole of positano is, we only stayed 4 nights and had a €1200 bill for food and drinks

We stayed at Eden Roc for four nights during our honeymoon. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were treated with care and friendliness by every hotel employee! We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and romantic with a fantastic view of Positano right off of the balcony. We ate dinner at Adamo & Eva upstairs for 2 nights, and our waiter Gianni was the most wonderful, knowledgable, and accommodating man, who always made sure everything was to our liking - the food was incredible! The restaurant staff in charge of breakfast always made sure we were comfortable and well-fed, and they made the most delicious omelettes. The bar staff delivered drinks to us at the private outdoor pool, a place we spent several hours of quiet relaxation with an amazing view. We had taxi trouble one night, and Pasquale of the front desk staff went out of his way to make sure we had the proper travel arrangements to make it on time to our restaurant reservation! We can't wait for our next trip to Positano, because we know where we'll be staying - Eden Roc!

Our bathroom came with a jacuzzi tub (which was wonderful), but we couldn't get it to work after the first night - we didn't raise this to the staff though, so it's likely they could have done something about it!
