The situation was lovely and really well positioned. The roof top pool was fantastic!!

We paid extra for a balcony but there was no Lake view …. It was also quite tired and in need of an update

Location was fabulous, in pedestrianised Square, right next to the lake. Rooms were large, clean and refurbished. Our rooms were located on 4th floor. Skypool was very welcome as it was extremely hot this week. We had a very good breakfast each morning 😊 Bar at pavement level was busy all week, and was very handy too

This week's heat challenged the air con service. It was extremely hot this week. Expect this was an exceptional challenge

Perfect location. Lots of dining options close by. Nice view from roof.

Pastries at breakfast were not well baked and were doughy. On second day, after having brought this to their attention, pastries were better, but could have had a few more minutes in the oven. Breakfast buffet area rather crowded when lots of people come for breakfast at same time Parking options are not close to hotel. Walking distance is reasonable and one can drop off/pick up luggage from hotel.

The property is situated in a very good location, just in the city centre close to all amenities. The rooftop swimming pool and the view are worth the money. Good spa facilities with jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath.

I tried the spa center and I enjoyed it, however I would have like to have an indoor swimming pool in case of adverse weather (which happened) and you can’t use the rooftop pool. Also, the breakfast was fine but could have put a little bit more attention on the details to make it awesome.

The staff were very friendly. Day one when we checked in they offered us to upgrade for free to the suite which was very generous. The staff were also very helpful with helping us book trips and taxis. Hotel and room clean and tidy.

Breakfast had minimal options. Fresh and tasty but ate out a lot for breakfast as not very many breakfast options in hotel.

Location is absolutely amazing, with beautiful views from rooftop and breakfast room!!! We loved the rooftop pool/spa, just what we needed after riding our bikes up to the Lago di Ledro!!

Rooftop pool/spa did not open till 9am and closed early in the evening. Air-conditioning in our room was not so efficient, we are used to warm climate so okay for us, however others may find uncomfortable.

Nice room with everything one might need,nice balcony with view of the lake....had a nice pizza on the balcony ..We also enjoyed their breakfast ...good variety ..and the small pool on the top floor which had a beautiful view as well...within walking distance of restaurants and ferry departures.Safe space for our car in their garage but at another location within walking distance...one can only unload or upload in front of the hotel,but this is no problem..

bed had only 1 side table,so one person had to put their stuff on the floor if they wanted it near them!

Location is excellent. The Deluxe room was modern and spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the food there was very nice. The sights from the breakfast area on the top floor were gorgeous. Plenty of seats. A very relaxed place to stay. I enjoyed it very much and would come back.

There was no bin in the room so any rubbish you had was being added to a pile in the bathroom and became unsightly after the first day. The layout of the breakfast area meant that there was a lot of people in a 5m square queuing for coffee while others were trying to get some food. Simply moving the coffee machines somewhere else would solve this problem. I had no other issues with the hotel.

View and location , ferry port close! East access to northern towns.

The shower head wasn’t what I expected for a 4* hotel and hair drier was horrible to use on the hair! Also no taxis available easily had to get bus back to roverto train station horrible journey

Fantastic location - right in the centre of town near the lake. The room was good size although I prefer a bit more room for clothes to be hung, accessible on shelves. The room had aircon but I have had better - we actually shifted our bed to have it near the vents. The hotel has a sky terrace and infinity pool - that was fabulous

We also had a veranda however this was completely unclean and not very useable - leaves and dust all over veranda and on outdoor seating - however it was cleaned the day before we left! Also not ideal that there is no nearby parking.
