Everything!! Rooms, location and staff are amaaazing!

From the moment of arrival, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the young women at the front desk were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a big variety and new items each morning--homemade cakes and cheeses from Trento. The hotel is really perfect for families--excellent layout with a lovely garden and small playground. The room was comfortable and most importantly, quiet, set a bit back from the street and just a few minutes walk from the main piazzas. Parking is perfect in the garage, so the car is in the shade. Great stay and thanks for everything!

We booked the suite since at the time of booking, no other rooms were available. The room was really really big (probably more than we could need), the bed very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The underground secured parking (free of charge) was super comfortable. The location of the hotel is right on the edge of the ZTL, so it's only a walking distance to explore the wonderful Riva Del Garda. We also received a "Trentino Guest Card", which granted us lots of discounts for a lot of attractions nearby which we used. The breakfast was ok as well. Not the best we had, but certainly good enough.

The location and staff were great!

The internet was very slow st evening. Air con was not turned on when the weather got cold. When it was very warm outside the air con did not work properly and then they turned it off.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a modern feel to the rooms and facilities and a friendly vibe from the staff. We used the courtyard facilities to relax and the breakfasts were generous. It is our second stay and we really enjoy the hotel as a place to be based in spectacular Riva del Garda.

I came with my 13 years old son to visit Riva Del Garda and we selected this hotel based on its reviews. We couldn't have asked for more. The hotel is perfect from all aspects. 1. Superb location - just a few steps away from the lake and the main attractions. Around it you can also find ATMs, a supermarket, shops and anything you might need. 2. A great and specious room with a comfy bed, a little sofa and a small garden outside with the spectacular views of the mountains. 3. The frendliest stuff we have met in Italy so far (and its a good competition as they were all friendly). Especially Ketty that was so helpful thinking out of the box and answering all our questions (where to eat, what to do, including an exciting overview about Via Ferrata options) and also helping us by letting me use the hotel's washing machine to fix a small incident we had that combined a beer and clothes ;)) 4. The atmosphere and decoration of the entire hotel is unique and happy. 5. The breakfast is also upscale and includes also fresh orange juice and omelettes. In addition breakfast includes some vegtables unlike other hotels we visited in Italy. 6. The level of maintainence and cleanliness of the hotel and our room are very high. All in all - we have had a superb experiance and we 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you for hosting us so remarkebly.

Quirky, funny decorative details everywhere! Excellent parking possibilities. Room was great, with well equipped kitchenette. Location was great with a dog, with small park in the corner. Plenty of services within few minutes walk. The breakfast was one of the best I had in any hotel in Italy. Big variety of options, great coffee, fresh options! And the staff. Everyone we met were just amazingly nice, polite, friendly and you saw that they loved to work there. Already thinking for the next visit!

The weather! We had such bad luck with the weather, but at least the hotel was so comfortable and room lovely, we spent time there with pleasure.

This place is just perfect. Perfect location, friendly staff. Highly recommended. And breakfast is just amazing, you can even order omelette or fresh orange juice.

It should not be like i enter my room and see some leaflet saying "bikes free for hotel guests". Then i go to reception and ask for bicycles and i am told that as a booking guest it s not valid for me. Only thing that i realy did not like, booking guest should be treated same as "normal"(?) customer.
