Immaculate property, professional service, very quiet room with a view, excellent breakfast, nice big and clean spa with a wide choice of saunas and a warm indoor pool, tasty good-bye gift! Bonus: they are dog-friendly! 🐶🐕 We enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

There was nothing we didn't like.

The magnificent setting on Lake Garda and the stellar remodel of a 1899 former Hapsburg Palace combines the best of both modern and classical elements. We were quite impressed! The rooms are modern, well laid out and extremely comfortable. We stayed in a Lake View Junior Suite for 2 weeks and it was lovely and spacious. The breakfasts are delicious and not to be missed and the spa facilities and treatments excellent. Last but not least the staff are impeccable especially at the spa and front desk. My husband I think whoever is running this hotel is doing an excellent job and you can you can tell people enjoy working at Lido Palace- you can see it!

Amazing stay at Lido Palace! I cannot say enough the quality of this place. From the first day, I received great service from the front desk staff to coordinate my arrival. During my stay, they helped me plan all of my activities and even taught me how to ride an e-bike one afternoon! This hotel is located in a beautiful position on the coast of Lake Garda and the mountains. The view is stunning! If you are attending a conference at the conference center, it is so close, you only need to walk out of the gate and through a garden to make it to the conference. I was able to take breaks in my room between some sessions. My room was well maintained and had a nice view of the front lawn. The building itself and grounds are so beautiful and well kept! Wonderful breakfast each day with so many fresh and delicious options of meats, fruits, veggies, juices, pastries, omelets and pancakes! The breakfast staff are so kind, welcoming and accommodating. It's such a lovely way to begin your day, especially looking at the beautiful lake and mountains. Excellent spa services and staff and sauna. They helped me (a lot) to select a massage and body treatment. I had one of the best massages of my life with Marta! I highly recommend her for the Body Exfoliation and Andaman Sea Massage! Afterwards you can take a dip in the pool, or relax in the nice sauna, which has different selections of wet and dry heat or just rooms for relaxation. This all was a great value for the price I paid. I would love to come again and stay with my family! Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!

Lido Palace is one of the most beautiful hotel we ever been. We love the location, comfort, cleanliness, and the most important, very professional and friendly staff and management.

Unfortunately the quality of this Michelin restaurant went down. We have dined many times in past in the same restaurant. However this is the second time between us and other family who dined couple of months ago for dinner, the food did not taste good. I hope management take some action, because we absolutely love Lido Palace, and would like to be able to dine in that gorgeous restaurant.

The staff and hotel were phenomenal as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Location is beautiful on the lake and close walking distance to the city center. They arranged transfers to and from train station.

Not the fault of the hotel, but yp3u should know when booking that staying in Riva del Garda during the off-season you will not find many other stores or restaurants open. Maybe it's me, but I found it difficult to cool down the room below 22⁰ C without leaving a window open.

From the moment we entered the hotel and were greeted by the front of house team, we knew this was a special place. Without exception, the staff were amazing, nothing being too much trouble. Food was exceptional, with breakfast being a particular delight with a wonderful choice of hot and cold dishes. The added delight was that the dining room faces the lake and thus made breakfast calm and peaceful - a lovely way to start the day.

I can’t think of anything negative

Historical hotel renewed with a very modern and design touch. The location is perfect, just in front of a nice public beach and small harbor where some boats leave from ( the hotel arranged for us a private boat trip that was really great), and 5 min walk from the very center. The room we had was beautiful, really big and very well equipped (some details was not at the general level of the hotel though). Beautiful SPA with a large choice of treatments. Very nice restaurant with view on the lake.

Staff an service not always at the level of a 5* stars L. Some details in the room as well as in the common areas could be improved.

Drinks on terrace & spa visit were highlights.

We inquired about a car rental at the front desk upon arrival. The woman we spoke to told us that it wasn’t possible to rent a car in town to return to Rome airport. She said we’d need to go to Trento or Verona to rent a car. When we did some looking online ourselves, we found an Avis rental company 15 min away.
