Excellent location near main train station (Rome Termini), safe area, nice staff, acceptable self serving breakfast (cheese, cereals, no croissant or egg). Quiet. Very good room size.

It was extremely difficult to find its address as there is no signs at all except on the bell of the building. It is classic Bed & Breakfast, doing the job. Booking.com hide city taxes while I made the booking (6Euros per guest per night, total of 24euros for me and my wife). This amount was collected as cash while we checked in. This totally non professional and unacceptable from Booking.com site

Great location close to the train station. Walking distance to Coloseum. Staff very nice, kind and helpful. Open access to the kitchen where you can prepare your own food. Breakfast included.

I can't say I didn't liked it but I would improve few things. First of all put up information the sign with the name of the property it's hard to find the building without name on it. Secondly it would be nice to put some rugs or mats on the floor beside the bed. Thirdly more variety for breakfast like fresh fruit/veg some ham, cheese etc to be able to prepare at least some sandwiches also kitchen equipment please consider buying kettle, new sandwich maker and toaster.

Everything was beyond amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and has great communication. We could leave our luggage even before our check-in time and after our check-out too which was very convenient. The room was comfortable, they cleaned it everyday. The breakfast was enough and tasty. Location is just perfect - right across Termini station where bus/metro/train was accessible and easy to navigate. Overall, I totally recommend the place for the price that it has.

Everything was great.

The room was very clean and the location was excellent (next to central train station and walking distance from many sightseeings). The owner was also nice to allow us to leave our suitcases at the property (for free) for few hours after we checked out so that was helpful too. They were also flexible with breakfast time (although we decided to not eat there as we wanted to try local food).

The elevator of the building was very old school (functional though) and when we first arrived felt that the area was a bit awkward (population-wise). The latter though felt much better the rest of the times we hanged around there so many it's not too bad.

My mother and I stayed for two nights whilst we explored Rome. The check-in process was brilliant, my mum was greeted and given a thorough tour of the facilities and room. The room was huge with a double bed and single bed and plenty of space around the both. The option of a continental breakfast when you wanted was fab for us as it allowed flexibility around a jam packed schedule - the espresso machine was an appreciated luxury. The room was clean. The location was great, half and hour walk from most sights (except Vatican City which was about an hour). Would definitely recommend and will visit again if we come to Rome in the future.

The bathroom was somewhat small compared to the room as it was rather narrow, however it did the job and was fine.

The room had lovely decoration touches and the bed was comfy. The location was fantastic … close to Termini station, great mercator in the station with 20+ artisan food stalls, close to buses, easy access to metro including travellators from near mercator to the metro. The kitchen was clean and well maintained by our host. Our host Lalith was very helpful and polite. Value for money is great. Would definitely go back again

the elevator is a bit of a relic but it works. You have to make sure you close all the doors otherwise you stop it working for the next group after you.

Excellent location -- right on the side of the Rome Termini train station, Metro Station, and some good, inexpensive restaurants. Mercato Centrale was basically across the street. It was a great base for our metro and train rides around Rome. One of the staff visited the apartment every day to resupply the refrigerator with juice, yogurt, toast, etc. and clean the rooms.

Can't really complain since I weigh 100kg, but the shower box is smallish. The room was on the fourth floor and there was an amazingly small elevator -- large enough for me and my suitcase, nothing else. It was sort of a fun adventure even! Please don't take this as a criticism, but know beforehand to avoid surprises.

The host was very accommodating and let us leave the luggage well past check-out. The position was great since we needed something near the train station, and it is well connected with bus and metro. There is a kitchen available for breakfast, which was very convenient.

The AC is 5€ extra per night, which is annoying.

The place was in a very good location, close to the railway station. The person who received us was very friendly and always attentive to everything. Breakfast good.

We didn´t like the bed. You can tell the mattress is very old. The breakfast could work better with fruits. Not good for vegan people. (Only cheese, butter and pastry). On the other hand coffee and tea for free at any time.
