Amazing location, close to the station and walking distance to the sightseeing areas. All the basic amenities are provided (shower gel, hairdryer, towels, tissue rolls and water bottles). Water pressure is strong and there's hot shower. There's even a small kitchen, microwave and fridge for usage. Also, there's an elevator, perfect for those with large luggage. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Offered us coffee and tea whenever we met and even helped us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. If need anything, just tell the staff and the things will be fixed when we are back. Cleaning service was done everyday too.

It's right behind the main station, so safety might be a bit of concern. However, throughout the stay, nothing happens. Just need to be extra careful

Clean room and minimalist design. Toilet and shower is clean and room has air conditioner, which was perfect for the very hot weather. Staff are friendly and very helpful, even helped me with my luggages to the train station, which I appreciate very much. The hotel also provide water and coffee in the common area, and you can have them anytime for free. Overall it was a good 1-night stay and may benefit people with limited time in Rome as everything is within reach or a short distance walk. The close proxomity to Roma Termini is a plus.

Towel has a weird smell, so might need to ensure that they are washed with bleach or fabric conditioner. There were also a lot of insects at night (like huge ants with wings) crawling on the wall near the wall lamp and often falling on the bed. I don't know where they came from but maybe because its summertime. They were gone nonetheless when i turned off the light.

The staff member was really good, because I paid as a couple but I was by myself, the guy in the reception gave me a discount. In addition He offered me cold water and free coffee... Both as many as I wanted. The room was clean and the shower was very spacious. The windows had double glaze and it was very quiet. In the morning I warmed up my clothes on the heater. Great price for a room located next to the train station Termini.

Nothing wrong with it.. there are some imperfections but they are not really noticeable.

It's very near the city centre and efficient, the train is also close by. The room was clean as well.

The only thing I will say is yes they do provide breakfast, there is fruit and some sweet stuff in the room and you need to make you're own coffee. I think I may have misunderstood the breakfast, I thought there would be like a full on breakfast service.

We stay for one night,the place is 2min walk with 3 kids and 5 luggage to the bus stop from and to the airport. Closed to stores and dining.There was and packed breakfast to take it with us,easy check in and check out. Soap and towels provided. Private bathroom and microwave and coffee machine in the lobby.

There was no balcony for smoking,but we were just for one night and we smoke outside

Very Helpful staff a bit of language barrier but they were great. Rooms are a big size everthing you need for stay spotless clean rooms .Close to termini Station it is just a few minutes walk great for visiting all the sights by metro and bus.shops cafés all close to you.

Area a bit rundown, but I think this perfectly normal around train stations in italys big city's. We had absolutely no problems coming and going and wer never nervous.

The location was excellent as it was very near to Rome Termini Train Station which made it very convenient to travel to and from other locations. The owner/manager was very courteous and helpful. We appreciated the free water bottles made accesible to us during our stay

We didn't find anything we did not like. We had a comfortable and clean room and were able to get good rest while we stayed there. We look forward to staying there again on another trip we make to Rome

The hotel has a very good location , the train station and the Colosseum are within walking distance , the metro is also very close . Near the hotel a lot of delicious restaurants . The rooms in the hotel was clean and cozy , has everything you need inside. The guy at the reception desk is very friendly and polite , helped us with all our questions . Thank you , we will definitely come back to your hotel !

Lovely welcome by the staff, arrived early and this was no problem. We were shown to our rooms which were very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were given coffee and water throughout our stay. Beds very comfortable and facilities great. Absolutely loved our stay here. Staff were very helpful. Location great. Would definitely come again.

The accomodation was close to termini, which location was comfortable for train trips in the neighborhood, but not the cozyest area. The guy was flexible and helpful, and helped with the luggages for us as well, thank you.
