A wonderful stay, the room and the whole apartment in an extraordinary, somewhat artistic style, as the name suggests; neat, clean. The host is very kind and helpful, and importantly, in constant contact with guests, always ready to provide assistance and advice. On my girlfriend's birthday, he even gave us wine from his father's own production. A wonderful person, a wonderful apartment, an unforgettable stay. We will gladly come back here in the future. Thank you very much for your welcome. The Painter's House is a wonderful place where you will definitely be happy. It's worth stopping here. The house is nice and cozy. The room has everything you need. In the living room there is a kitchen and a dining table. There are many beautiful paintings and books about art that help complement the cozy atmosphere. You feel at home in the apartments. The owner is a very pleasant and helpful person. Helped us with accommodation. He was always sympathetic. He allowed us to leave things after check-out and before departure. Helped us create a travel program. Recommend incredible places that we most likely would have missed. Near the house there is a beautiful, uncrowded park-villa Aldobrandini. Stunning Cathedral of San Pietro In Vincoli with Michelangelo's sculpture of Moses. Near Termini station and metro. The bus from Fiumencino stops in front of the house. There are many incredible restaurants here, the amazing Regoli pastry shop (be sure to try maritozzo). Behind the house is Santa Maria Maggiore. One of the most beautiful basilicas in Rome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and such a cozy welcome. If to Rome, then only to The Painter's House!

Great location right in the center of Rome. We could walk to all the tourist attractions, and if you prefer public transport, the Termini station is right next to the apartment. We took a bus from the airport that drove directly to the Termini station. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Even though it was was a very central location, we were not bothered by noise from the streets. You will get some breakfast tickets to a café nearby, which includes a coffee, juice and a small piece of paestry. It's not much, but nice that you get the opportunity. The host was very quick to reply on the phone whenever we had any questions and gave us a lot of recommendations for places to visit in Rome.

There was some problems with the water during our stay, so the first two days we had to take cold showers. However, the host did everything he could to fix it, and he was very good at texting us with updates on the situation. The hot water did seem a bit unstable even when it had been fixed though. It came and went during a shower.

On arrival our wonderful host Felice greeted us. Felice showed us around the guest house common lounge and kitchen area and then through our room explaining all the features. The decor and colour pallets were sublime and the entire guest house was stunning! Felice provided breakfast vouchers for a cafe around the corner (terrific) and explained the three step security system to enter the building, to the guest house and into our apartment. We felt very safe. The linen and towels crisp and clean were of a high quality. The bed was comfy and pillows were good too! Felice presented us with a bottle of wine on our second night, so thoughtful and kind to do so. Felice was available at any time to answer questions, either each morning in person or via What’s App. Felice was the perfect host.

- Our host Felice was AMAZING. He was very kind, informative and very accommodating. - The house is Beautiful, just like the pictures. Plus it’s very nicely decorated with lots of unique art pieces, many by the owner himself - comfortable bed and nice hot shower - The location was everything; 5 minutes from the metro system, and the bus to the airport was literally across the street. 20 minutes (2 stops on Metro to the Colosseum) - about 7 minutes walk to the little restaurant for breakfast (you can add about 6 Euros to your voucher and upgrade it to a full breakfast) - Laundry service about 5 minutes walk away. - there wasn’t a lobby (since it’s a house), but there’s a beautiful common sitting area to read, have tea or just relax.

We had a lovely stay at the Painter's House! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a lot of cool art around the house which made the space feel really special and interesting. Felice was an attentive and reliable host. He gave us some great recommendations on places to visit and made us feel at home. The location was perfect for exploring Rome! Bus stops and metro are less than a five minute walk away. If we returned to Rome we would love to stay at the Painter's House again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Artist's House. I wish to thank the owner once again for his hospitality. The hotel is located in a house that is very typical for the city of Rome. It is beautifully decorated with nice accents of vintage furniture and artworks and gives off a beautiful atmosfere of an old Italian private house. The room was very cozy and equipped with everything necessary. It was very clean, fresh and quiet during the night. The hotel is very close to the Termini railway station. This was very convenient for us because we travelled by train. It is also very easy to acces major tourist attraction from there. There is however some extra hustle, as it always is around big railway stations. Breakfast consist of juice, coffee and croissant. It was not very fancy, but overall ok.

Comfortable and cozy apartment, well decorated and with very artist atmosphere. We were in summer, it was very hot out, but the temperature in the room was very comfortable even without using air conditioner. Location is top, all the sightseeings are very close, near the railway station and it’s easy to reach out any destination. The host Felice is very hospitable, provided us recommendations with nice places to visit. Don’t hesitate and ask him for the recommendations, they are very useful.

Our host Felice is friendly and very helpful. He gave us lots of advice, and he was always willing to help. The Artist’s House is a few steps from the Roma Termini, and near the Hop on Hop off sightseeing buses. The room is comfortable and so is the bed. We admire how these old buildings were built, we never had to turn on the heating, even thou it was 2 degree celsius outside one early morning. To think of global warming, not using the heater is definitely a plus. :-)

A clean and spacious room with style in a very convenient position close to the central train station. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was in very good shape, clean and new. Windows are sound-proof for when you need a little peace and quiet from Rome's naturally busy sounds. There was also an airconditioner/heater. Bathroom was nice and modern. Nice commons area with access to a fridge, coffee, tea and stovetop.
