I liked everything about my stay in this apartment. Check-in was easy, I was allowed to come much earlier, as soon as I checked out from another place. It’s very conveniently situated near Roma Termini, literally 5 min walk. The host is marvellous and a cleaning lady as well. I felt like at home.

Everything was excellent: spotless, convenient, friendly atmosphere.

There was a comprehensive snack tray in the apartment and a spacious CLEAN kitchen with every amenity needed. The location is a short walk from Termini station, perfect to access the centre of Rome and the transfers to the airport.

Was a little noisy at night for a short time, but only to be expected so close to Termini

everything was super clean and smelled fresh, and this is very important to me than any of the luxurious things that might be there, the stuff and the owners were super nice and always reachable on WhatsApp, they even gave the possibility to leave my luggages after checkout hour, if i ever go back to rome again, this place will definitely be my choice.

we like the location and of course the host was really kind and helpful.. though its not so close to the attractions, but very close to station where you can take a short ride to those places. i highly recommend this place if u want less hassle.

Location, right around the corner from Rome Termini train station, handy for the Metro and Centrale Mercato for the fabulous food! Really pleasant and comfortable room. Shared areas large. Kitchen well equipped. Modern and spacious. It's really a little gem!

Just a litle bit a noise from outside.But with closed window and after long walks around Rome everything was ok😀

Clean and friendly service, there is a kitchen and bathroom in the room.

Bed was to soft. I like beds which is tougher, I do not have back pain then.

The outside of the building was a bit rough but to be expected near the train station. Inside it was bright and cheery and comfortable.

I had an extraordinary stay at the BB, the hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean.

The location was great, and the owner was good with communication, and answered all the questions.

The advertisement was done as a 'hotel' but it was a shared apartment. Due to false advertisement, I made the reservation. I didn't want to share an apartment with anyone else. When asked for a compensation for this mix-up, neither booking.com nor the owner was helpful. Also, the owner appointed a check-in company who were a little aggressive. The cost was exorbitant considering that we were sharing an apartment with other people.
