We loved everything about Alis Laura, it is one of the best places we have ever stayed at in Rome - the size of the room and the comfort of the beds and pillows; big bathroom; friendly staff; amenities (you can have coffee in the room and tea in the kitchenette), easy to get there and find; airconditioned - which in summer in Rome is an absolute must. We were three people and it was one of the few places that offered 3 real beds instead of a double bed with a couch, which is the usual offer. The hotel is situated in a very nice neighbourhood, where you can find some of the best cafes and restaurants in Rome. Easy access to metro/subway and other public transport. Only 10 min away from Termini station and very easy to get to all city landmarks.

Lovely apartments! It has all thet we needed, everything is clean and quite new. The staff was super friendly! There is a small kitchen in common area so you even can cook something or make a cup of tea. The location is perfect, it's super easy to use public transport in Rome, the apartment is near the metro and some bus stopes, so all attractions were just 10-20 minutes away while there is no such noise and crowds of the city center.
Sound isolation between the room and the kitchen/reception is not perfect. Although there were no noises from the outside.

The location was perfect, the breakfast place was nice, loved the Cornetti. We didn't see much of the host but he was nice. The restaurants near by where genuinely Italian, so good food and nice people.
The doors were really thin, you could hear everything from the reception. So we woke up at 7 when the TV was turned on, and someone talking. (only one morning, but still) We arrived late and had a code to the door, but we didn't know which floor and there were no signs. We found it on the 3.rd floor :-)

The room was very clean and was cleaned every day from the staff. The location was optimal, not at the city center but well connected. We found buses a better option than metro, especially if you have a buggy. There aren't working elevators in most of the metro stations. The communication with the owner was very good and he was very helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, a small shared kitchen, an iron, free clean towels, a baby cot, a very good internet connection, TV. They provided everyday bottled water and coffee for free and also the building has an elevator. In the area you could find shops, supermarket, pharmacies and bakeries.
For the price a more optional breakfast would have been nice. We were provided with coupons for just a croissant and a coffee at a bar nearby ( we were told it was of a value of 2 EUR). With a toddler that doesn't eat croissant neither drinks coffee...was difficult to "trade" the coupons for something else. Maybe just upgrade the coupons at a 5€ value and everyone can have what he likes.

Nice furnishing and style. Has a kitchetnete in the common area with most things you'd need (tea, silverware, etc.) Nice location, a bit further away from all the action, but close enough to walk, plenty of cheaper food options around.
The small things are poorly draining water and the doors being kind of thin, thus you can hear most things around. This might be customary in Italy but the breakfast only includes a coffee and croissant.

Exceptionally clean room and washroom. Good location for price. Easy access to metro, train, taxi, etc. Many day to day amenities nearby. People in neighborhood exceptionably friendly.
Rome in general has a major garbage problem, streets are covered in litter and rats. Public infrastructure is crumbling, ie. leaking water and sewer mains, crumbling pavement and sidewalks, homeless encampments, poor accessibility for strollers/wheel chairs, etc. Public toilets are rare, cost money, filthy and don't even have toilet seats — Italy should be embarrassed. Feels like travelling in a poor developing country.

Definitely worth the money! Great staff, amazing location, very clean and cosy.
Throughout our five-day stay there was only one, very tiny, minor thing we didn't like. The sound proofing of the busy street was excellent but the sound proofing of the other rooms wasn't. You could clearly hear conversations and bathroom noises but as all the rooms are small (for couples and small families) you probably won't run into a loud group. It wasn't a problem for us.

The rooms were very clean. The gentleman working there was extremely friendly and polite. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of the Bologna metro station. You can easily reach many of the city’s tourist attractions by metro.
There is a café outside for breakfast, but the breakfast at the café wasn’t very good.

Staff was very helpful, we can accept the key later at night and he managed taxi from the place to to the airport on the last day as we asked from him. Room was big enough and clean. Metro station was not so far from the place, we used this transport inside the city.
Breakfast was not at the place we had to go 20 meters (but it was not a big problem) and not so variated.

The room was always cleaned, and we loved that is was not situated in a touristic place and it felt so local. We had an amazig cafeteria down the building with some amazing coffees and croisants and everything in general was spot on. I will definetly book again in the same place if I will get back to Roma.
We liked everything to be honest
