Location is 15 min walk from Piazza Bologna. The facilities are good for a single traveler. Might be ok for couples who don't plan to stay long in the room. It's good for sleeping or resting during travel, but not to hang around. Relatively clean. Bathroom was very nice. Bidet is a huge plus. Good shower. I appreciated the self check-in. The breakfast was also self-service and looked nice (I eat out on vacations to try different food). There was a nice balcony in my room and a patio on on the common area. The neighborhood was quiet. Manuela was gentilissima during our chats.

Thin walls, if you know what I mean... Relatively clean. Slight mouldy odour (like most old Italian houses). Room kinda small but somehow bigger than expected.

The owner was extremely helpful and assisted us with all our requirements. The room was much larger than you usually get on Rome and quiet though the property is on a main street. The room was clean, modern and well equipped with drinks and snacks with extrafood in the kitchen which has a wonderful sunny terrace where you can sit and relax enjoy view over the roof tops. Although the property is not in the city centre there are frequent buses outside that take you into the centre in 15 minutes.

Nice apartment not far away from a main tourist area. Bus stops are very close or you can walk 15 min to metro station. It is around 20 - 30 min to center area. Apartment itself quite small. Everything could be done via whatsapp. Finally we did not see an owner :) but she is always available in chat. Breakfast is small but it is ok to start a day. Anyway there are so many tempting things in the city, so small breakfast is rather a pro.

The breakfast setup was superbly organized, offering the convenience of self-preparation in the well-equipped kitchen. With a conveniently located bus stop near the apartment, accessing the city center was effortless. Furthermore, the owner's exceptional responsiveness and assistance added an extra layer of satisfaction to our stay. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Beds were too soft for my preference.

The apartment was great, looked much larger in person, balcony was very big, great shower and aircon, had lots of hanging space for storing clothes, everything you could want in an apartment and more, staff were lovely and we had our own privacy, the street felt very safe and there was a bike/scooter route which we used every day.

Its really quite far away from the tourist attractions and the main streets of rome, usually about 1hour walk to get into the town centre then an hour back, cost us alot in scooter rides as we couldn't work out the buses well, if it were closer it would definitely be a 10/10 but overall our legs were walked off us even using the scooters we walked roughly 15-20km daily

Best stay in Rome. Very clean rooms and surrounding. Good Italian breakfast in morning. Location is perfect. We can find bus stop easily. Daily Room service helps to get well arranged and clean rooms everyday. It makes difference when you are tired by walking in Rome and in evening you get your room clean and bed arranged. Bathroom is new and shower is good. Hosts are wonderful. They make sure guests have everything needed. We could do laundry too as they have washing Machine for guests . Balcony area is also beautiful. We can relax while having morning breakfast or evening quick coffee.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, self service in the kitchen was great too. I personally liked having the ability to have a quick bite when you want to without worrying about opening hours.

Two single mattresses as one double bed is uncomfortable sleeping as a couple.

Simona the host was awesome, so lovely and was ready to help any time. The beds were super comfortable, a good breakfast and there's a bar with cookies and cakes for anytime you want. after we did a checkout we still had a whole day till our flight so Simona let us leave our luggage there and to come pick it later

The locations was a little far I think from everything, but maybe in rome terms that counts as close

Clean, private and comfortable. Private bathroom and really relaxed atmosphere. Kitchen for self service breakfast was well equipped with quality products. Local restaurants are really good and much more affordable than the centre. Host's are really helpful.

Nothing for us personally, but I'm guessing you'd need to know it's a good 30-minute walk to the Termini bit buses frequent and cheap!

The location is great, there is 2 buses stop 2 min from the hotel and those buses are going everywhere in the city! The room and shared kitchen was always clean and had everything we needed and more. The staff was really friendly and reactive whenever we had a questions or requests. I would totally recommend!
