We had a great stay in this small hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy and the breakfast was simple but okay. We arrived very early in the morning and could already leave our luggage. Same for the departure day, when we could leave it there for the afternoon.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so you have to take some kind of public transportation to get there. Also, at night/in the morning there is some noise from the street and the metro.

- Staff is nice - Breakfast is nothing fancy but it was a good plus - Room was spacious and bed was comfortable - There is an external ground floor balcony and a small rooftop that can be used, for instance, to take the breakfast and it was very pleasant - Although the hotel is not from a walkable distance from city centre, there is a metro station 3 min away (2 stations from there to Termini and 4 to Colosseum)

- Our room was right in front of the breakfast area so in the morning we could hear people talking while we were still trying to sleep - From time to time, it was possible to hear the metro passing beneath the building (our room was the ground floor) - it didn't impact our sleep at all but maybe more sensitive people would not like that

It was very pretty and modern, i loved the fact that it had air conditioner! Paolo was very kind and sweet! He was always helpful and always taking care of everything we needed. He always gave us suggestions on where to go!

Just the breakfast options were kind of limited to a lot of sugary foods

the location is excellent, as for Rome - 350 meters to the metro station, friendly staff, ready to help, cleaned daily

a light breakfast, but I guess that's normal for Italians)) one remark - there was no kettle in the room, my throat hurts and I needed hot water

Interesting neighborhoods nearby to explore. Less touristy, but plenty of delicious eateries to discover! The management was friendly and helpful.

It’s not an elevator building, so certain older friends could not stay here. Also, the internet was challenging at times.

The room was was large and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was lovely, not close into Rome, but a lovely area with lots of food options close by.

The breakfast was a bit odd with very little space for guests to sit and eat. The shampoo and soap were not great. The shampoo was actually terrible and there was no conditioner.

Really nice accommodation for visiting Rome. It's close to the underground station, bus stops. In the neighbourhood three are some shops, restaurants. The room is very clean. Cleaning every day, air- conditioning working good. Thank you very much

Kindly staff, he is very gentle and helpful. Lovely breakfast, it makes us happy every day. Room cleaning, perfect!

Shower booth draining, it had room for improvement for us.

The breakfast was good but I’m not used to eating sweets for breakfast so I felt the need for something fresh like tomatoes, some cheese… but it was good nonetheless:)

The lack of savoury food.

nice property, clean, and staff super friendly! if you like to walk, its perfect to get to know the city, because it isnt super near the center but you Also have the metro super close if you are a lazy person. i walked like 20 km each day ❤️❤️❤️❤️
