Position with metro Bologna right in front of the hotel. Conad Supermercato in the same building, just great. Very clean, everyday fixing the room. Friendly staff. Breakfast diversified for a lot of tastes and correct for a 3 star. Wifi strong. A lot of good restaurants and terraces near the hotel in Piazza Bologna. A very elegant and clean neighbourhood. Universita Sapienza at the next metro station.

The elevator starts from the first floor, for big luggage could be a problem. It's old fashioned need an update. But very clean and the price is more than correct.

The location is right by a metro station (Bologna) so transportation was quick and easy. The hotels public spaces and hallway interior is pretty.

The single room pictures on the website are very misleading. My room had a single steel bed and one of those rock hard mattresses that makes a lot of noise when you sit or lie on it, I have no doubt the neighbours could hear it since I could hear them. I asked for a softer pillow from the reception desk, and the first lady seemed very annoyed at my request (a lil common in Italy with service personnel though) and said she would call someone. Nonetheless I didn’t get one, so I asked the receptionist who was there later in the day and he went to look for one for me, very kind of him. The breakfast is acceptable but very sugary. Nothing healthy available apart from apples; everything else was either white bread, fruit in syrup, dessert cakes or sugared croissants.

Breakfast was much better than most in Italy because they offered a big tray of scrambled eggs :)) After staying in my room for the first night it seemed the AC was not cooling much at all. The staff moved me to a new room with ICE cold AC and it was wonderful in summer in Rome. Dr. Viscovo the G.M. was wonderful to chat with and even honored my low rate for an additional night when I missed my flight!

Nice room and very clean. The location is perfect if you want to visit the city with public transport.

There is a lift but in order to take it you need to go up one floor with the stairs and this can be uncomfortable for carrying the luggages The quality of the food for the breakfast could be improved

The staff were friendly and the room, and hotel overall, was clean. Its only a couple of minutes walk to to Bologna metro station and there are plenty of bars and cafés in the area.

There wasn't much that I didn't like about this hotel. It was a little bit dated, like it hadn't had a decorator in since the mid-1980's, but whilst that didn't diminish from the stay overall, the first impression wasn't great.

Comfy double bed, quiet room facing towards the backyard, which was great as the main street seemed busy. Clean bathroom, good hot shower.

Breakfast was just ok. Some more fruits and veggies would be a nice touch to make a healthy sandwich etc. But the coffee machine was super fast with a good coffee.

Very affordable and nice. Great for traveling on a budget and/or solo travel.

A bit far from the center by walking. But very convenient metro service right next to the hotel.

Breakfast. Plenty of choice, and unlimited but not the best quality food. Coffee from a machine wasn't the best. Bread, low quality. Croissants were good though. 👍

excellent location to metro, bus, and train station. warm room. comfy bed. easy check in / out. free breakfast was a nice bonus!

The hotel is not as modern but it´s really a good option in Rome with breakfast included. The subway is around the corner so its easy to get everywhere. There is a supermarket besides the hotel and a lot of restaurants around. Staff is really nice, and they help you with any problem. Our only concern was that the elevator was on the first floor, so we needed to carry our bags for one floor, its ok unless you have several big suitcases. But we manage it well.
