We were warmly welcomed. The host gave us all possible information about transportation to the places we wanted to visit. The accommodation is near the market, which has a variety of offers, and the Bologna metro station is also nearby, from which you can reach the Termini station or the Colosseum without a stop. Of course, you can always use the bus. There are many small restaurants and cafes in that neighborhood, so the choice is wide. Since this is a student area, it is always lively and cheerful. The neighborhood is safe.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was kind, the room was nice with a private bathroom and towels. It was clean. It's in a nice neighbourhood which is good for families. Metro station Bologna on B line is very close and you can easily reach all the important tourist destinations from there. It's also easy to get to Ciampino airport too by metro and bus. There is also breakfast consisting of coffee (capsule coffee machine, capsules), toast, butter and jam. It's not much but good for starting the day. There is a fridge with mineral water and fruit juice as well. There is a Lidl shop in 7 minutes reach and streetfood restaurants which have long opening hours. We would definitely want to go back if we travel to Rome again and we recommend it.

The close proximity to the B line metro made it easy to access and easy to travel to the main Rome highlights. The room was clean and tidy. Sheets and towels were changed every 2 days. The owner was immensely helpful! She was quick to respond to any questions, gave a useful insight into travel means and locations( giving bus numbers that would lead back to the hotel and such) and was nice enough to hold our luggage after check out for the few hours we had before our trains back to the airport which allowed us to squeeze in some extra sightseeing before we left. The bathroom had multiple utilities: a shower, sink, toilet and bidet and included soap, shampoo and body wash. While the shower itself was very small it did have wonderful water pressure.

Small shower as mentioned above but this room was Ensuite so a worthwhile trade for me. There was no breakfast being served at the time of our stay (09/2023) so if that’s a dealbreaker for you then be aware. For us there were plenty of cafes and places to grab food nearby so a non issue for us. The locks were also a little stiff to open and close. However overall for the price and locations I consider these to be minimal issues.

The owner was great. Really the best option for this price. We enjoyed the stay - everything is clean, we had a bathroom in our room, it was normal size. 3 towels for each of us. AC unit, blinds can fully go down, snacks in the fridge and many other great things. Great public transport options nearby You can hear if someone is walking outside the door, but it was not loud and every guest was rather quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay if you want good price/quality. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and perfect to get good rest. I would recommend it. They provided a second pair of keys which was really helpful for us.

There was a lot of water dropping in the floor all night from the a/c. The bathroom sink and shower have drainage issues. It need a little bit of an upgrade.

Good location, it's not very close to the centre though, but there are buses in front of the apartment. Quiet area. Lidl is close. There are other stores nearby. Spacious room with ensuite bathroom. Fridge and table in the room. Owner was polite and friendly and offered us free drinks and snacks, thanks a lot for that! 🙂

The room was very clean and had a fridge, microwave kettle and coffee machine 😄

Not great sound proofing remember to take ear plugs as next door neighbors enjoyed very loud sex ....not the hosts fault

Unbelievable value for money. Good position, clean, helpful and friendly staff, air conditioning, a coffee machine with pods in the room, a fridge with free food and fruit juices, good wi-fi... And all for a reasonable price (which in the second half of June in Rome is something quite unheard of).

As correctly advertised, the bathroom was private but not en-suite. But I really didn't mind.

It's the cheapest and the best place you can find in Rome. Just half an hour walk from Termini station. The room was super big. I had a window seeing the street. The bathroom and the room were very clean. The lady who works there was so kind and helpful. I really recommend this place. I totally stay there again next time.
