Mercure standards, so all clean and great service. The hotel is situated in a residential area, with great local restaurants and cute places serving gelatto. I’ve been to Rome before and stayed in the city centre, but this hotel is situated in a much nicer area of Rome, away from all the tourists while being well connected by the metro, so a win-win. We felt much safer at night than in the centre and the local atmosphere was lovely. We will be staying here again when we come visit again.

No complaints, all excellent value for money!

The staff is the hotel's gem. All the staff are friendly and very accommodating. It is a few minutes walk to the train station. There is a nearby grocery store and a few restaurants. There is a nearby Italian resraurant called Cibo which my whole family loved.

Wifi was super slow and I think curtain needs to be changed because even if the room was cleaned, my son would not stop having itchy eyes everytime he enters the room.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my wife and child. Impeccable cleaning, performed daily. Quiet area, perfect location, very easily accessible by public transport. Excellent staff, being of great help in a personal problem that arose during the stay. Very good internet connection. Excellent and varied breakfast. A place where I will return with great pleasure!

The room was very pleasant and comfy and had everything I needed, a kettle, mini bar, soap in the bathroom, comfy pillows, lots of lighting choices. It was super quiet and beautiful. The room would be cleaned daily and I would come back to some complimentary water. The staff was incredible helpful and kind The location was great and easy to travel around the city. The metro is two minutes. There's shops near by and restaurants. I will be definitely using Mercure Hotels again. Thank you for making my stay so delightful.

You had to book an appointment to use the gym but I understand this is due to covid. Just bear that in mind in case you want to use it while you are there.

It was very close to the metro station. It was a very silent and clean district. Staff very good and helpful. Hotel was very clean and silent too. Breakfast was very good and rich. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was so good.

Nothing to say. Everything was wonderful. Only buying a metro ticket in the metro station was awful.

Very clean and nice looking hotel. great air conditioning. amazing location next to bologna metro station,and short travel by metro to the rome termini station (where you can change to another metro line,busses,taxi and train). And the price is good for the pick season.

it is far from the main spots but you can use metro or bus to get there.

We also stayed at a Mercure Hotel in Australia and it was also one of the best parts of our vacation. Loved the deep bathtub. Nice help from the receptionist. Hotel recommended a white service, what we would call a limo service, for transport back to the airport. Less costly than a taxi, more convenient than Uber or multi-stop shuttles, very professional driver in flawless Mercedes. "The Transporter." Loved eating from the local shops used by residents around the Hotel.

It was a long walk from Metro station especially with luggage. The station has no elevator facility so to drag the suitcase for more than 500m is alot

The location is perfect. It is close to the Metro, there are several supermarkets close by. The staff were fabulous. They were very helpful and printed off our cruise tickets for us.

There was nothing we did not like. We have stayed here before and we will stay here every time we come to Rome. This is a perfect place to stay.
