The location was excellent. It was close to the Vatican, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain. There are nice restaurants near by and a “snack” shop across the street. I eat mostly street food (pizza by the slice, supple’ ). The room was large and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good, the tv functioned well, and there is air conditioning, and showers are warm.

Some noise during the night as people fumble with their keys to figure out how to get into the rooms. You are given four keys; one for the beautiful, huge front door, one for the hotel door which is up one flight of stairs (there is a gorgeous old fashioned elevator which works perfectly ), another key that I did not use, and a key to the room. There is a learning curve on which key to use..but it is not a big deal.

B&B has very good location, is clean and cosy, hosts - two ladies - are very pleasant and helpful, there are dishes and teapot avalable for use, also microwave and fridge in common area. Next time in Rome I will stay there for sure.

Amazing location, easy communication with hosts! You don't know which room you will get, but the one we got was quite nice. Good WiFi.

TV wasn't working (not that we needed it), shorter working hours of the reception desk during the summer and a bit noisy surroundings (you can hear other people walking and chatting in the hallway and also there were some construction noise close to the building).

Pamela was a wonderful property manager! She let us check in earlier and leave our luggage in the office after the check out. She was friendly and easy to communicate. The location is great, we almost didn’t use publicly transport. Liked the terrace on the second floor.

Personal check in service after regular hours was offered. Convenient and quiet location. Walking distance to most of the tourist spots in Rome and direct bus service to Colosseum.

Could have provided a thicker blanket (but that's personal preference). On last day bath towels and shower shampoo were not provided.

We had a great stay, the rooms were clean and had everything one could need. The furniture was a little bit old, but it was no problem and just fit the overall vibe very well! Amazing location, very nice staff. Overall perfect! Thank you!

The location is great, on a side street, so quiet, but within easy walking distance of a lot of the sights. Bus connections to the area are also very good. Lots of restaurants and caffès in the neighbourhood. Comfy room, and welcoming hosts.

The location is excellent - close to the river, Castel Sant'Angelo - with ease of access to the city, but on a quiet street. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants/bars in the neighbourhood, public transit is close by and easy to use, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Rome.

Our stay was absolutely lovely, the room was really nice and clean and looked way better than the photos. The host was extremely helpful and couldn’t recommend staying here more.

The hotel is located in an excellent area, just a few steps away from Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona or the Trastevere district. Metro, bus or taxi station, pharmacy, supermarket or small bars are just a few steps away. The hosts are simply wonderful, willing to do everything to make you feel perfect. Great value for money!
