We are back home now – and my wife and I wanted to reach out to you to express our pleasure with our stay at your hotel. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. The room was not only clean and comfortable but had all the necessary accessories for a week-long stay! We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the amenities provided. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city – it is close to all important sites and neighbourhoods. The on-site breakfast was spectacular (as was the cappuccino!) After a day of sightseeing, coming back to the hotel felt like a real treat. The room was nicely air-conditioned and the roof-top terrace’s views of the neighbourhood are beautiful. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. All your front desk staff - Stefano, Camillo, Simone, Claudio and especially Andrea were a delight to converse with each day. We would also like to extend our thanks to your dining, housekeeping and laundry staff who were so very pleasant and professional. It is clear that everyone at the Hotel genuinely care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of the centre. Still it was very quiet at night There was a beautiful view to the garden next door. Facilities were matching in the hotel. Room was large enough and nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly and service oriented.

The breakfast was plentiful but every day the same. A small niggle on a very good stay which we can thoroughly recommend!

The location was perfect for me. It's my favorite part of Rome and the hotel is so convenient and easily accessible.. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was excellent and I loved being able to have a cappucino made for me (rather than out of a machine like many other "included" breakfasts I've had in italy). Having a kettle in the room was a nice surprise as well. This will be my 'go to" hotel in Rome from now on!

The bed was a bit hard for me, but I expect that in Italy. However, the bedding was beautiful and high quality and I slept quite well.

Perfect location: 7 minutes from Trastevere, 2 minutes from Campo de' Fiori and 5 minutes from Piazza Navona. Bus stations to the main parts of the city are within 5-7 minutes of walk. Great breakfast with a lot of options, the coffee is amazing. The staff are really nice and helpful.

Once we came to the breakfast not in the beginning of it, and the options were fewer, And when the soaps were over in our room, we had to go back to the desk downstairs to get some, couple of times

Don't judge by the not-so-fancy first impression. This one offers excellent value! Really good location -- walking distance to the main sights, to downtown Rome, and to Trastevere district with all the nice restaurants. Neighborhood seems fine - residences, respectable businesses, embassies down the street. Our room was to the street, but very quiet nonetheless; we kept the windows open during the night, fresh air for free! Very clean throughout. Good size room with beds not huge but very firm and therefore comfortable. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at 24hr reception. Strong wifi free of charge in room and all areas. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with both hot and cold standards, and homemade local specialties as well. Park your car in the private yard (available on request @ extra fee, but the street is "ZTL" = locals only, don't get caught!) Overall: highly recommended.

If there was a restaurant on site this would be even more perfect. But there are several very good choices for all budgets available very close by.

the location was excellent as we were able to walk to all the sites and restaurants. the staff were extremely attentive and professional. the hotel interior was extremely clean and well cared for.

the only thing that was annoying was the poor Internet connection from our room.

We picked the hotel because we wanted to be central to all main attractions. It was perfect, the staff were very helpful and friendly and are available 24h at reception. The hotel was peaceful and the area was very safe. The breakfast was buffet style which was always topped up and a choice of coffees or drinks. Just off a large square it is ideally located with local restaurants 2 mins away and a brilliant bakery full of pastries and great coffee. I would stay here again

it was very warm during my visit and the a/c in my room did not function very well - it probably didn’t get below 80 degrees in my room during my entire stay.

Location is amazing and within walking distance to the colessumum, Borgese gallery, trevi fountain, spainish steps, pantheon and the Vatican and also for night life across the river or local cuisine and bars in the adjacent square. Rooms were serviced every day and crisp sheets daily with night attire neatly folded was delightful. Breakfast was ideal with the best cappuccino I have ever tasted by a real gentle man. The array of foods are great for breakfast with a combination of sweet like delicious pastries and savoury like omelette boiled or scrambled eggs and various meat and cheese options and would change but were always of the same consistent high quality. The staff were excellent, helpful, warm and friendly and the atmosphere is light and lovely. Definitely the impression that not only is it a good place to stay but would be great to work in too.

Absolutely everything was excellent

The location was superb so close to all the attractions, cafes, restaurants, and river. Despite being very central, the hotel was in a quiet street near a beautiful square. The bedroom was nice size, very comfy bed, great TV, nice shower and spotlessly cleaned each day.

The breakfast was the same most days which became a bit boring, mainly cold meats, cheese and eggs. I would have liked more variety and also fresh orange juice instead of package juices. The coffee from the breakfast buffet was awful so I only had it once. I used to order a coffee from the bar and it was delicious and served with a smile.
