Amazing location! It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk to Colosseum. The owner is extremely kind and polite, so you feel almost like at home. As two young girls who came to Rome alone, we felt incredibly safe there. The apartment itself has everything you need and they clean your room every day which is amazing. It’s located in a gorgeous building with indoor garden and fountain. Kudos to the owner for thinking of everything and truly making our stay feel comfortable in a foreign city. We will definitely be staying there again.

The wifi was a little slow, but we didn’t mind that too much as we were outside most of the time.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at B&B La Casa di Patty. The owners were delightful, eager to help us with everything we needed and very friendly! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Fortunately, it was close to the city centre and to the Termini Station. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

- Building was noisy (room doesn't have sound isolation) - apparently the quilt is not being cleaned, I found a lot of hair on it (image) - The kettle was dirty, I heated some water, but some dirty came from it (image) - I informed two times that I would checkin at 1pm, but when I arrived nobody was there, I had to call and they came 1:30 pm

Great location! Walking distance from Colisseo, Trevi Fountain or Pantheon! The gentleman from the Staff waited for us to do the check-in, even with 45min more than the hour initally planned (due to a train delay). Good and large bed, plenty of space in the closet to hang clothes.

The bathroom was really tiny, but for a couple of days it was ok. The fact of a non-available breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The location was great, really close to Termini Station where we can take the metro everywhere. About the accommodation it was clean and comfortable (great shower). We arrived before check in and the owner was really nice to let us enter the accommodation earlier. They had coffee, tea and some snacks available for guests, which was really nice.

It is not a 5 star hotel, and don't expect it to be. Nice apartment for good price, very good located. You can walk to all landmarks. Host and the cleaning lady were friendly and kind.

The location was amazing. It’s very close from Roma termini and the metro station Vittorio Emanuele is literally 2 min walk. Tottaly value for money apartment.

The communication with the owner was not so good . Also the neighborhood is a little bit sketchy at night .

very clean and very convenient for Terminii station. To be honest for the price paid is a very good hotel. Slept very well, shower worked well. Flexible on checkout time if necessary. 10/10

can’t comment on breakfast as I woke up late but I didn’t see anything or it wasn’t mentioned when a b&b should include it.

The room was spacious , modern and clean . The owner/person who greeted us was helpful and polite. Even let us have a bit of a longer lie in the next day. Location was amazing . Great value for money

The hotel was really close to metro station, it was clean and the staff was lovely.

I had asked for a double bed but it had 2 single beds. Also the blanket was not a blanket. It was a piece of fabric so it was unpleasant.
