My stay was quite pleasant. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

While my stay was generally enjoyable, it would be helpful if breakfast could be served a bit earlier, as it would accommodate guests with early morning plans. Additionally, there were a few things in the bathroom that could be improved for added comfort.

This place was exactly what it is a described to be. An affordable budget room in a good location in Rome. Honestly the host of the place was so kind and friendly, the room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the shower was nice. This is all we need for a quick stay in Rome. It was basic and efficient and a 5 minutes walk from the train station. I have no complaints what so ever about the value for the price.

Very friendly and helpful host. The location was spot on. Convenient for arriving from the airport and close enough to walk to many of the landmarks. The Basilica of St Mary was just a couple of minutes up the street. If you're a park runner the location is perfect for Caffarella park run. Take the metro from Vittorio Emanuele a few stops to Colli Albeni and it's ten mins from there. The air con was really effective for those warm Rome days, and nights. Plenty of eateries close by. Breakfast was a simple but brilliant start to the day. Hot drink, juice, fancy pastry and Italian style toast/crispbread. Warm and friendly breakfast service.

Brilliant value, nothing we didn't like

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout - we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we explored for the day on the last day and also being able to bring our bikes upstairs one night. Good value for money and enjoyed the breakfast. Also very helpful to have extra towels on the day that we went to the beach. Room and beds were comfortable, great air conditioning and lots of storage space.

Our room was quite near the dining area and it was quite loud early in the morning even though breakfast wasn't served until 8. Not sure what you could do to change this - it's just an observation. The shower head was a bit difficult to control in our room (10). Might be worth having a look at but not a major issue and was usable.

The location was great - 5 min from Termini station and 2 min from a metro station. Staff was helpful. Although there was no heater in the room, the air conditioning did a good job in heating the space. Overall the value for the money we paid was pretty good.

The breakfast consisted of a croissant or something sweet + coffee. This was not bad and although this seems to be common practice in Italy, it would be nice to expand the choice. Small heads up: the hotel consists of the 2nd floor in an old building. The common area is not that well maintained, but the hotel's area is perfectly normal and clean :)

Had a really wonderful stay at Buonarroti Home, the staff and facilities were very great!

Only thing to consider about the property, the neighborhood is a little more rough so try to be home by 11pm. I didn't have any problems but I saw some smashed car windows when I went for my 5am run. This does not affect my recommendation, you should be in bed early and up early anyways to enjoy Rome with minimal crowds!

The location, the staff, the price affordability were all excellent! The tips for the public transportation, answering every question and being generally very hospitable, also allowing to store the luggage beyond our stay time and before our departure from the city. And everything was explained in a very simple, trustful way.

The breakfast could be improved, although I am aware there are limitations within the price frame. Some more fresh things like fresh bread to go along with jam and maybe some other small delicacies to add would be perfect and would not change the cost for the provider drastically. And one other thing - the air flow/ventilation to the bathroom could be improved because it is the innermost place within the room and therefore the towels do not dry, really, if you do not hang them somewhere else.

Just got back from 4 days in this hotel with my friend.Ovetall it was a good hotel close the main attractions and the price considering you are in Rome was good.Special shout out to Frederick,he was really nice and helpful and even let us keep the room longer free of charge and stored our luggage on the day we were leaving because we had a night flight.

We had to pay a fee for a late check in on the day of the arrival because we got at the hotel around 12 which I found it odd.The breakfast was poor,coffee wasn't not good and you were allowed only one pastry per person which we didn't know and took a second one and we were scolded.I found that kind of rude.I would suggest booking without breakfast because it's poor and you can definitely skip it

The home is very well located and most of the tourist spots are walkable. the train station is only a 10-minute walk with luggage. Breakfast is pleasant and is served by wonderful people (as is everyone here). The rooms were adequate but there is some street noise at night. Overall, a very nice stay.

The location was very convenient for us as it was only a short walk from the train station, and travelling with kids this was a bonus. Lots of nice restaurants around the place so only took 2 mins to walk to. The rooms were nice and clean and neat, the bathrooms was clean and well kept. Over all, we all enjoyed out stay. The host was a lovely man, and very kind.
