Staffs are very kind. They can speak English well, and give us good information for sightseeing. Our departure time was early, but they prepared typical Italian breakfast beforehand.The room is cute and clean.

To find the hotel is difficult. No large sign of the hotel was. It is difficult to find the hotel without google map.

Nancy is lovely! Very hospitable and remembered my name whenever we spoke. Always very helpful when I needed directions or assistance. Went to drop my bag early and she let me check in at 10am which was a massive help! Room is lovely. Small breakfast included of various pastries. Location is fantastic, very close to Termini and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. You can walk to many attractions in under 20 mins. This B&B felt very homely and cosy, would definitely stay here again.

I was really pleased with my stay. Nunzia sent me a message prior to my arrival explaining how to get there from train station and it was easy to find it too. She’s such a kind and helpful host, makes you feel like you’re an actual guest in her property. Goes above and beyond. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Loved the court yard view as well. Wi-Fi was good too. I was very lucky to have met the hosts and I will definitely stay again next time I am in Rome.

The host is very attentive, caring and available. The accomodation is greatly located, I was able to go on foot almost everywhere, plus, I felt safe in there. The room was simply and fully equipped and clean.

The host is extremely helpful and nice. The place is exceptionally clean. It is very easily reachable from Termini. It is also found in the back section of a block, meaning that it is not in direct contact with the street, so it the noise coming from the street is completely sealed off. All in all it is an excellent deal.

This is a room in a family home, so sometimes day to day noise (family members talking, a child playing etc) is heard. In any case it was not a nuisance; but it would help to have this specified in the description.

Bed and Pillows wasn't so soft. So I was tired from before and cause of that was sleeping only for 6-7 hours. But okay, anyway wasn't planning to sleep for too many hours, because visited Rome for two and half days.

Host was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Felt very comfortable as a solo traveller. Room was big and clean. Location was very central and easy to everything you might need. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Rome.

The hosts at B&B Twins were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is great because any tourist place can be easily reached on foot. The breakfast was nice too; it included fresh fruits, which was highly appreciated.
