The host Mario was fantastic and very welcoming. The accommodation is very well located near the station for ease of travel. The breakfast was vouchers for the little cafe nearby which was great. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet for the location. The bathroom is great and the bed was super comfortable.

The area is not overly desirable with a few sketchy characters hanging around and drunks. But I expected that being near the train station. I wasn't overly concerned though as a solo female traveller.

Really liked staying here. It was close to the train lines, which made getting around easy. You could also easily walk most places if needed as well. The breakfast at the Milky Bar was also great

The shower was tiny (however I believe that is the norm in Rome). This didn’t impact our stay at all though

Mario is kind, helpful. Apartments in a good location. The center and all attractions are within walking distance. Near the metro station. The room is clean, convenient self check-in! If we have the chance to visit Rome again, we will definitely come back to your apartment, Mario, grazie!

Great location. 5 minutes from termini station and metro. 15 minutes from colosseum & trevi fountain. Bedroom is spacious and bed very comfortable. Shower was powerful & hot! Mario was a great host gave lots of advise and tips and speaks good English

Front door key is temper-mental so was glad we could open it with the app! Room was stuffy but think radiator was left on too long before we checked in. Shower is a bit of a tight squeeze!

We were getting in late, but the owner was really helpful in informing us how to get in. When we had a problem with the drain and the AC he helped promptly to get the problems fixed. He was very accommodating and kind.

It was supposed to be a bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast. The owner did leave some coupons for a small breakfast somewhere close by, but it wasn’t as convenient as we were hoping so we didn’t use it. We were coming from the train station really late and ended up walking through the dirtiest, scariest part of town to get there so that didn’t leave a great first impression.

Close to the Termini station, modern, clean bathroom and bedroom. Coffee and pastry in the morning was great at the Miky bar.

Location was great but near a hostel which made me a little uneasy. There were no issues however, but this wasn’t the fancy part of town.

The Host was Amazing! Really friendly and welcoming , we arrived early in the morning around 10 am and he already give our room to us, so we were able have a little nap after the flight. Room was really clean and comfy , location was Amazing. To all important objects like Colosseum we were able to walk. Also he gave to us coupons for free breakfast in cafe near the building , breakfast was sandwich (really big one ) or croissant and coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and if we will be in Rome again we definitely will book this room again!

Location is near to Central station which makes travelling extremely easy. Very private - only 3 rooms made it feel special. Mario was very helpful with information about transport strikes, where to eat. He also checked in regularly to ensure we had all we needed.

Could do with a coffee station. Shower is small.

wonderful few days in rome, not to far from all of the local attractions and really not far if you use an E scooter, which we enjoyed doing! Mario was a fantastic host and greeted us when we arrived, showing us a map where he had circled all of the major landmarks. overall a really lovely time!

The room was very clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Mario was very friendly and professional in his work, ensuring everything was prepared for a comfortable and pleasant stay
