This is a must stay!! This exceeded my expectations! Absolutely beautiful property/rooms. Aldo and his staff member (I’m so sorry I forgot his name, but he was exceptional!) were very lovely, professional and accomodating. The room and bathroom were quite big and spacious, bed was extremely comfortable and was kept very clean with regular housekeeping every day. Just a quick shout out to the onsite staff member (again, I’m so sorry I forgot your name), you were excellent and very professional. We really appreciated your help and advice on where to go etc and extra thank you for also organising our departure taxi. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

I was a little nervous about the fact that we were very close to the Colosseo, thinking that the closer you are to the main attractions, the less quality you get. However, to my surprise, the room was great and clean, and the bathroom was very roomy. The services from the beginning, even before we arrived, were excellent. Our contact person was Aldo. He reached out to us a few days before our arrival & helped us with clear directions & Jason, our contact person, when we arrived, was by far friendly, attentive to our needs, and very kind, which helped us feel good about being there. I can't think of anything. We were pleased.

The apartment was amazing from start to finish. We spent 7 nights here on our honeymoon. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the colosseum and bars and restaurants which was great. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk which was great. The room is very big and so is the bathroom. Jason looked after us every morning and brought us breakfast in bed and also cleaned the room everyday. Anything we asked for he was able to help us out. Aldo even arranged a private transfer from the airport to the apartment which was great. There is a lift that brings you onto the second floor so no need to scale the stairs with your suitcases. Room comes with aircon which was great but we didn’t need it as the room was always cool. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet and we always felt safe walking the streets. I’m delighted we got this apartment as it’s the best rate anywhere in Rome. If it’s available to get I would snap it up straight away. We will be recommending this to family and friends who plan on visiting Rome in the future.

Nothing everything was perfect

Everything was excellent! The room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. Comfortable bed, aircon works very good, big bathroom, also appreciated the mini fridge in the room and daily cleaning. The location is perfect – safe and quiet neighbourhood, grocery shop nearby, Colloseum and other popular attractions are easily reachable by foot, also B&B is located near two metro stops, so you can reach pretty much everything. Very smooth and fast communication with Aldo, he was amazing. In the B&B we communicated with Jason, who was absolutely incredible – extremely attentive, helpful and kind! He greeted us, showed us the room and brought delicious breakfast every morning to our room. Thank you for an amazing stay. Wouldn’t change anything, it was perfect! Highly recommend.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I thought it was included in the booking.com price but had to pay for it there. Room was spacious and comfortable, good hot shower. Lots of resteraunts in walking distance as was ancient Rome.

Bit of a mission unlocking doors, going up the lift, more locks and corridor before you get to the room. Its fine once you get used to it tho.

Great stay in a beautiful room in such a great location. Jason was great, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast arrived on time daily and even did a little extra for my husbands 50th. We had a late evening flight home and Jason gave us keys to ensure our cases were safely stored till we needed them. Great mini break in such a beautiful city and the B&B helped make it a memorable stay.

Minor thing - tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be perfect, especially when you come back with such delicious Italian pastries.

Style, decor, attention to detail (also in practical sense: travel books, maps, umbrella to borrow, tea kettle, and more). Gorgeous high ceilings, spacious bedroom and bathroom, white fresh furniture, big comfy bed - that's all high standard. We felt good there. No shortcuts, only good care. We have no complaints, only appreciation.

The check-in man was so kind! We loved that they brought breakfast to your room at your preferred time. I wanted a Coke and even though they didn't normally do that for breakfast, the gentleman brought me one everyday! There is a convenience store and grocery store right next to the property. About a 20 minute walk to the Roma Termini and 10 minutes to the Colosseum/Monti neighborhood.

The location was a little out of the way of attractions, but we liked the quiet neighborhood.

Both Jason and Aldo are amazingly kind, always available, supportive... I just need to say Thank you to both of them! Apartment is spacious, cleanliness is spotless! Apartment has all amenities person would need (hairdryer, safe, refrigerator, kettle...). There is a supermarket 3 min walk from the apartment which is super convenient. Location is great as metro and bus stations are all in 5-7min walk radius. All the recommendations for this place!

The B&B is based in a residential block where some properties are privately owned. The communal areas are quite dark and in need of redecorating, including the courtyard which could do with some plants and seating.
