Check in was fast and easy but efficient. Giuliana was very nice and helpful.The location was great, 200m from Colosseo,if you enjoy walking you can reach all other sights on foot easily.The area was safe. Room was clean ,quiet, shared kitchen was great ,you could have coffee and tea for free.Supermarkets near,coffee and good restaurants as well. we ate at La Cuccuma it was amazing. Termini station is about 15 min walking distance.

Everything was good with the room ,i would just like to suggest maybe a dehumidifier device to make the atmosphere a bit more comfortable .

Domus Amor Colosseo was very reasonably priced and in a great location. A 10 minute walk to the Coliseum and other major sites. It is very basic but quite adequate and comfortable. There is no breakfast provided but there is a well equipped kitchen. The rooms come with a hairdryer. We asked for more towels and pillows and were provided with them. Would recommend. For the Vatican we got the train from Termini. Took about 20 minutes.

It was hard to get in as there is no reception and we had to phone to get someone to let us in.

The B&B is in a quiet area near Colosseo and La Sapienza university, close to metro station and other services. The room was spacious, clean and confortable; the same for the bathroom. The host was extremelly helpful in permitting me to do an early check-in. The check-in and the check-out procedures were very fast.

The building is old, but clean. I suggest just to add a better indication about the B&B on the wall of the building and on the label of the intercom.

A lot of attractions are within a 30min walk and the Colosseum is just 8mins. There's also a big supermarket a block over. It's a big room with a decent bathroom and the bed was really soft. It's also peaceful at night, as long as the two other rooms respected the curfew.

We got confused when finding the place. It's not a hotel but within an apartment complex, so there was no reception. So when you book, confirm what time you'll arrive so they can meet you

Everuthing was perfect! 2-4 minutes walking from Colloseum. at the night it may be little further due to you can go through the park but the road is wonderful full of bars and crowded! Julia was the best hot, ready to help you and suggest you anything you need anytime!

the only detail I would change is that the water for the bathroom wasn’t hot enough some times and you riding have the ability to get a dous as the water fall from up all the time. but this is a detail.

The location of the place is very near the main attractions. Safe street to walk. The owner is very friendly and he can suggest to many places to go and see. Because of covid-19 breakfast is not served at the place but the owner arrange it to have at a hotel opposite. The room is cozy just what you need if you go to see Rome and relax.

The attention of GianMarco was excellent. The place was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. You can’t cook there but you can make breakfast and store food in the fridge. We needed to do some laundry and Gianfranco took care of everything!

I liked the location and the neighborhood the property was in. We felt very safe but were close to everything. Everything was very clean and the price was a great value.

It was difficult to know if we were in the right place. May need better directions/ check-in instructions. (I didn’t know which button to push to buzz in or where the hotel was located within the apartment complex). We enjoyed the coffee every morning but we were sad there was no “pre-packaged breakfast”

Location was great, close to restaurants, small bars and the colliseum. Staff explained us everything we needed to know and sent us suggestions for restaurants, coffe shops, etc. Luggage was stored for us after check out without charge.

Wow this place was better than we expected. The staff gave ++A service, very warm and welcoming. It's very near the colisseum and major tourist attractions. There are also restaurants and cafés near. Staff always available at whatsapp. We will definitely stay here again.
