Location was wonderful, a short walk away from the train station and the colloseum. A Gelato and MiniMarket across the street and lots of restaurants nearby. Room was cleaned every day and crossaints, juices and coffee capsules were provided every day which where lifesavers when leaving to explore the city!

Elevator is small and hotel Is located on the 4th floor. It's a very minor thing when thinking of the positives!

Giordano is a very professional, warm hearted local host. From the day we arrived at Rome airport (even before!) to the day we checked out he had been very much proactively giving the information about the stay as well as the trip advice. The property is clean, neat and cozy. The cleaning lady comes everyday. Also, the mini kitchen in the corridor helps a lot with morning coffee/tea. Fully recommend!

Nothing!

Very well located hotel: close to Termini station, where there is an easy transfer to both airports. Close to the metro station but also to Colloseo and other monuments. Practically everything can be visited on foot from this place. The hotel is in a tenement house on the third floor, if you are fat or can't climb stairs, think twice: the elevator is very narrow due to the age of the tenement house and the specific architecture of Rome. For me, riding this elevator was an adventure every time :) Giordano is very nice and helpful. He showed up quickly from the first call, explained everything to us and was very helpful throughout our stay. We felt very taken care of. We stayed three adults for 5 nights. Great combination of B&B and hotel. Modest but very clean, the room was cleaned every day. Bathroom with shower, clean and pleasant. Access to a small kitchenette, water dispenser and coffee machine was great, the only drawback was a bit too little cutlery. Breakfast is modest, the first one is included in the price, the next one is paid additionally, but it's not a problem as you have access to the kitchen and grocery stores very close to the hotel. Our room had windows onto the courtyard which was quiet however if the other room had windows onto Via Merulana it could be quite noisy but hey! you are right in the middle of the Eternal City on a street with lots of pubs, shops and even a theater. The city here is teeming with life, which was special for me. To sum up, I highly recommend it due to the good price-quality ratio, service, conditions and, above all, location. We will definitely go back there.

Everything was very good. Only there could be more cutlery in the communal kitchen

Our stay at Sole E Luna was great. Simone was a great host, very courteous, accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and had a private bathroom. Very comfortable beds (one queen ans one individual). Room had also AC, hair dryer and TV. Everyday we had in our room juice and croissants and coffee pods to prepare coffee in the small shared kitchen which had a refrigerator, a microwave and a sink. You can store any food that needs to be refrigerated without any worries that someone will take it as there is a note in the fridge that says "Only take what it's yours," and the guests are very respectful. There are no utensils only some kitchenware. So, you might buy some if you need to. There are plates, cups and glasses in the cabinet over the sink. That was a plus.

The only issue we had was the drain in the shower. The water drained very slow. But, we turn it on to get wet, closed it, washed our body and shampoo our hair, then turned it on to rinse off, and problem solved.

1. the owner was a great person, he settled in advance, was very friendly and kind, showed and told where to eat, how to eat, where to eat. 2. everything matched the description 100%. Every day they cleaned the room, added coffee, juices, croissants. the bathroom had everything you needed. 3. The Colosseum is nearby, 5-7 m on foot. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, cafes nearby, everything is very close. THIS WAS THE BEST B&B thanks Giordano🇮🇹🇮🇹 I recommend 100%

there was nothing bad.

Location is good, you are near the Metro A station, Mazoni. The bus stop is just a few steps away. Great restaurants nearby. Colosseum? A short walk away. Giordano, the host, greeted me and has accommodated to my request for early check-in (10.30AM). The room is spacious, good circulation, not noisy when you close the window it blocks all the noise outside. For the price, it's a steal.

Was a little challenging to find the place at first, we happen to bump into someone in the apartment lobby and ask them where the place is. But once that's sorted out, the host greeted me immediately.

We had a late check in, so Simone was very kind and welcome us at late hours. The room was very good and clean. The coffe at the room was great. Simone also recommend us a great restaurant. We had a late flight for going home, so we let our luggage at the accomodation. Simone was kind and reserved us a Taxi for the airport. Thank you Simone for everything, and i wish you all the best. You are a true professional. I will recomend this accomodation to all of my friends who will travel to Rome.

The location is perfect. Near colosseum, but not crowded with tourists. Restaurants very close, shop very close, metro station very close, trainstation very close. The room is being cleaned every day. There are some free croissants, juice and coffee capsules on disposal for you. The room has airconditioning. The staff was very helpful, gave us some recommendations what to see and how to get there. We also got bigger room as we requested separate beds, what was very nice. Would visit again.

We liked our stay and would come again. The only slight minuses of the accommodation are: The rooms are a bit older in design, but everything was clean, so it was not a problem to us. The outside part of the airconditioning unit is located "in" the bathroom, above the window, so it is a bit hotter in the bathroom when the aircon is switched on and a bit noisier, but after closing the doors on the bathroom, not a problem.

The property was very clean, had a brand new AC unit that worked like a charm, there was free coffee, juice, and croissants in the morning, and the host gave us great restaurant and commuting recommendations. Also, the location is amazing! You will be a 10-15 minute walk to the colosseum and there are plenty of electric scooters and bikes hanging around the area to make the trip even faster. There are also great restaurants at every turn, it truly is a great location. Finally, there are also around three or so locked doors before you get to your room, including a door with 3 deadbolts, which made my partner and I feel very safe. Giordano was fantastic and i highly recommend Sole E Luna!

Nothing.
