We had a very nice weekend at this place. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was good, especially the Cappuccino, and the staff was very kind. They gave us many good advices according to sightseeing, best transport und restaurants. Thank you again.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel, and I can't help but tell others about how great it was. The hotel staff went above and beyond what I expected in terms of service. Whenever I walked into the hallway, someone would smile at me and make me feel welcome. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had all of my needs met quickly and correctly. Their helpful attitude made me feel like I was a valuable guest, whether they were setting up transport or suggesting fun things to do in the area. The dedication of this hotel to providing excellent service is admirable, and I strongly advise anyone wanting an ‚memorable stay to book here.

Nice small room with towels, toiletries, water kettle, tiny fridge and tv. In summer ac is great add on, since we traveled in October there was no need to use it. Valeria was an amazing host, giving many good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast served to the room based on order (sandwiches, eggs, pastries, yoghurt, cereals, drinks). Guesthouse is located just few minutes down the street from Colosseum. We have walked the Rome during our stay. Just used public transport (stop 2min away) to get to restaurant in Trastevere. Main train/ bus station Termini is located 20 min away so it is easily recheable on foot.

Would be great to have second chair in the room, that would come in handy when having breakfast. What we missed were fruits/ vegetables for breakfast but we just got those in a nearby store.

The guest house was really well located, breakfast was amazing and the room itself was very nice and comfortable, and there was a mini fridge and an electric kettle. The hosts were very attentive and helpful.

Even though the breakfast was really tasty and there were a lot of options available, we didn’t like that there wasn’t a common room where to have breakfast, instead, they would bring it to your room on a tray each morning, but since there was only one chair, it was complicated for two people to eat comfortably. And the price of the stay is a bit high for what the guest house has to offer.

The venue is very central....literally next to the colloseum. The room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast was lovely, great team of staff...very friendly and cannot do enough for you. I felt very comfortable.

The shower was not great but was adequate The room. Was smaller than expected but again very comfortable. Tv had no english channels...but i guess that is my ignorance in not speakong the language Nothing was bad....these are just areas of improvement from my perspective

Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful, We were there for a short honeymoon and the accommodation was very generous and lovely to us, Breakfast was plentiful and served directly to your room

Accommodation was close to the Colosseum but a bit further away than the other attractions. However close to bus stop so not a big issue. We stayed in a room with double bed, it would be nicer to have more than one chair especially as breakfast served in the room. Again not a huge issue if you like eating on the spacious bed

Valeria made us feel like home. She was very pleasant and considerate with our special diet. The room and bathroom were super clean, and with all the equipment necessary. Location is superb, very centric and close to the Coliseum.

The shower needs some maintenance as it was not draining properly (accumulation of water), and the head was also leaking water on the side when being used. This should be easy to fix. But we detected another more difficult problem: the sound isolation was not great. We could hear the TV from other guests, and their conversations when they had breakfast at the kitchen. You will not like it if you are not an early bird, and if you are a sensitive one. Given the price that we paid, we expected better sound isolation. Photos did not match the room that we got.

The location is fantastic, and while the room isn't huge by any means, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The breakfast was very elaborate and delicious. The hosts were beyond my expectations- available for anything we needed like booking a taxi, recommendations for food, etc. Breakfast didn't start until after 7, but they were aware that we had to leave for the airport by 6:20 and made sure to bring us a full tray of food, cappuccinos, and bags to take the food to go. We even happened to leave a jacket behind before flying back to the US, and they immediately reached out and offered to send it to us. That's hospitality that exceeds anything I could imagine. They are first on my list to book when I return to Rome.

Great location, great staff, very good Cappuccino. Would stay again! Super-easy to the Colosseum. Close enough to walk to almost everything, easy to the metro and Termini. Grocery store and more less than a block away.

We were in the room closest to the front desk. In the mornings, we could hear the staff chatting with the other guests. A towel near the door crack dampened most of the sound.

Rooms very clean. The place was very quiet, we didn’t hear any noise. The location was perfect, very close to Colosseum. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly, especially Valeria who was adorable and helps us a lot by suggesting best places to visit and to eat in Rome. It was the best choice, we would come again and again.
