The front desk staff were very nice and were very helpful. Due to plane delays we were a day late arriving and it wasn't a problem. John was very nice to visit with each night we came in after being out and about all day. The ladies who provided breakfast were super friendly. The location was quiet and it was a five minute walk to the metro so not a big deal. Good little eateries near the hotel. Rooms were very quiet and were kept very clean.

The shower was a bit tight and the room could have used a comfy chair in it but it wasn't like we were spending our time in the room. The room suited our needs.

The staff were very hospitable and polite. Location is convenient with a metro station nearby. One of the days we needed to have an early start and they were kind enough to pack breakfast for us.

The mattress was two singles instead of one big not very ideal for couples.

The staff was great especially ms Benzel from the breakfast buffet. She made sure our breakfast was prepared even in advance since we have early morning tours. When eating there she made sure we have everything we need and made us special coffee which perfect to start the day. She is amazing!! Also i want to mention the little bella who kept our room tidy during our stay. i did not get her name since (sorry). The entire staff will greet you with a smile which makes us comfortable.

Maybe I’m picky but I dint find the hotel to be 4star because the facilities are dated esp inside the room. The bed isnt comfortable. I’m not sure about Italy’s ranking of hotel but it is important since the city tax differs, based on their star rating. I woulnt mind paying for a 4star hotel but for me it should be 3 at max. Well still the service is great.

Check in was great and there was a warm friendly welcome when I arrived late on the Sunday evening. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and a first class air conditioner. The catering staff were friendly and helpful at break fast and although it's a relatively basic breakfast it was fresh and tasty enough and sets you up for the day. Location was in a great neighbourhood and although the hotel had no bar facilities there are some bars, cafes and restaurants as well as decent shops within a short walking distance. It appears a safe neighbourhood as well. About a seven minute walk to Re Di Roma metro station. My lasting impression from the hotel was the staff, really decent people, and an asset to the hotel.

The hotel is rated as a 4 star, however I would consider it a 3 star in all fairness. That isn't to downgrade my experience in any way and I felt that the price and location probably was right for such a hotel. The WiFi reception was poor in the room and this must have happened to other guests as we had located on the roof terrace for a while. Again, I didn't go to Rome for the WiFi so it didn't bother me. To be fair I couldn't fault the place and it was a nice hotel to return to in the evening.

Good location, nice and friendly staff, comfortable bed and great shower room, lovely breakfast room and terrace. All areas are super clean. Breakfast was lovely, the same every day but a lot of options with freshly made coffee. We enjoyed our stay!

The bathroom area in our room was quite open: the toilet area had sliding glass (but not transparent) doors with no proper handles just two holes, providing 0 soundproofing (-:

This hotel exceeded our already high expectations! The staff were so lovely and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and had such variety and the hotel was so modern. Our room was just fabulous, we had a mini bar in the mini fridge full of snacks on arrival, we had a huge private terrace all to ourselves with a table and chairs and a sun lounger, our bed was so comfortable and the air-con was really appreciated and needed in the 40° heat!! The hotel is located only a 6 minute walk from the Ri de Roma metro station, amazing location!! We got such amazing value for money and had a really fantastic time here. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. You will not regret it. We will 100% be returning whenever we decide to go back to Rome. Thank you so much!!😊

Breakfast great considering most Italian breakfast are coffe and a pastry, there was great choice of food, even bacon and egg etc Good hotel, ok location for tube station easy to get to sights walking to colesseum easy in 30 mins and tube line to other sites.

The hot tub on the roof was cold, not worth getting into, although it was one of the reasons we booked the hotell

The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was good with many choices from where to choose. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was very comfortable. The terrace was perfect.

In the evening the temperature inside the room was a little bit chilly.

The hotel is amazing, nice location and close to the city center. The room was a little bit smaller than expected, but the terrace was exceptional. It seems the room had soundproof or we didn't hear neighbors at all. Breakfast was great, delicious food and nice staff. My 6 years old niece had only one complain - why they cook such tasty food. Special thanks for nice lady that cooked pancakes. Great staff at the reception.

If booked in advance, prices are ok and can be a good deal. Breakfast is fine but could be improved mainly for the cheese and sausages part.

I didn’t like the solarium where you need to pay with coins, as a four stars Hotel the use should be included in the price. In general, expect a good 3 stars level, as for the rest of the offer in Rome
