Room was very, very nice. Apartments were close to metro, so getting to city center was super easy and fast.

The room walls were so thin.. maybe we were really really unlucky with our neighbors and this is something that happens rarely, but the first night we slept so bad. The guests next room went to sleep late (after midnight) and woke up super early (5am). So of course we also could not sleep because of how much and how loud they talked, laughed etc. The next night they were also loud but atleast they didnt wake up so early. If i had ear plugs, i guess this would not be a problem. Other than that, room was very nice. We just had very rude neighbors.

Alex is an amazing and friendly host. Communication with him was easy and he was extremely helpful. The room itself was very comfortable and clean - we had our towels changed every day, and the cleaning staff even left us some snacks. The accomodation is easy to get to and access. In general, the room was well equipped.

We had issues locking the bathroom door - however, the ventilation in it was quite loud so it covered the potentially uncomfortable noises :'D the rooms are not that close to the center by foot, but are very close to the metro which leads to it, so it's good value for the money.

The room was a decent size with a nice bathroom and functional air-conditioning. The room was restocked with various snacks, water bottles and coffee every day, which was appreciated - there was also a shared space with a fully functional kitchen. The location is convenient with some nice restaurants/shops nearby and only 20 minutes walk to the colosseum - very close to the train station if you prefer public transport.

Alex was a friendly host but there were some difficulties with communication and certain instructions, particularly with regards to checking out were not clear. The Wi-Fi was also a bit dodgy and didn’t work well most of the time.

good location,only 2 minutes on foot from metro line, easy to find, immediate response with the owners, quiet, surroundings had everything you need from grocery store to restaurants

no mini fridge. especially during the summer months Rome can be very hot and it would be good to have a mini fridge in the room to store some cool refreshments

Easy to find, very close to the metro Re di Roma, check in simple. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern furniture. Every day we received a bottle of water and cookies.

We stayed 4 days, but the towels weren’t changed and they are wet every day, despite the rules ( 3 days for change the towels)

Alex and Merona were excellent hosts! All was clean and tidy. There was a coffee machine and a water boiler for tea. Fruits were offered. In the room we received complimentary snacks and water. The contact with the owner was quick and there was not a problem to access to the property at 10 a.m. on our arrival, and leave our luggages until the evening in our departure. The Appartment is just 2 minutes walking distance from Metro Station Re di Roma. Easy to reach Roma Termini main train station (only 4 stations) Bars and restaurants in the area.

The host was so nice and helpful. The apartment was close to The metro station, the neighbourhood was very friendly and nice. The room was clean and tidy.

The shower cabinet was inside the room itself with glass transparent walls, which actually was not suitable at all. So basically taking a shower will be very embarrassing and breaking the personal privacy. The room was called (Viola)

The apartment is 1 minute walk away from the Metro Station Re di Roma, which is great connection to the city center. The apartment is so cosy and clean, with large bed where two people can comfortably rest. The toilet is very clean and new. Our host was very kind and responded positively to all our requests. They also gave us coffee capsulees each morning. Also the neighborhood was very nice, lot of local cafes and restaurants with great food and prices. I would definitely recommend!

This place is near a metro station, which made it easier to get to the city centre. The room (we got the Violet room) was fresh, new and was clean. The bed was made every day and trash was taken out aswell. What we liked the best is that they left small presents on the table each day. 2 bottles of water, and some snacks, which we used to get through the day, since we had to walk and travel a lot to see everything. :) It was really easy to check in and out, we did self-check in which included taking out the keys out of a box with a pin code number.

The walls are a bit thin. We had awesome and silent neighbours, but if they were a bit louder it would have been problematic to sleep because of the loud noise.

Nice location. Communication with Alex was easy. He sent instructions about checking in that were thorough.

NOISY AND TOO SHORT BED The bed was too short and hard. My boyfriend who is 1.86 didn't have enough space and his feet were hanging. We were staying in Oro room with windows facing the street. It was extremely noisy. We could hear every car and every dog barking on the street.
