The room was clean and amazing view of the gardens from the balcony. The location was good as it was only 6 min walk from the train station and 20-30 mins to tourist attractions.

Our stay was good, however the hair dryer in the room didn’t work well with the adapter they provided. It became very dangerous when it started smoking and sending electricity outside of the plug. We told reception downstairs and got another once but were told it was smelling like that due to being a new hair dryer… this was not a case as my partner is a HV Electrician and could confirm it was arcing and short circuiting. The same issue happened with the second hairdryer. Upon checkout we informed the receptionist as it was extremely dangerous for future guests and she was going to pass the feedback on.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, walking distance to attractions but also close to a lot of public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and air conditioned.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room, fantastic views of ancient courtyard. Excellent AC, worked really well even though it was extremely hot. Quiet at night, slept well. Very artistic interior design throughout the hotel. There is a mini-fridge in the room which was super-helpful .

We were there four nights, the housekeeper changed the towels and remade the bed each night, which was appreciated, but she never replaced the teabags. There was a hot water maker in the room for tea, but not coffee - you have to go downstairs to the cafeteria to request a cup of coffee. Inconvenient and expensive. Also, to get into the shower you have to step up about six inches off the floor, which was difficult for me.

The location was great, right down the street 10 minutes from the main train station, Termini. The metros were beside it as well. Turn down at gregorys shop. The staff were excellent and were very friendly and very helpful with places to go, Martina was great. Michala in the breakfast room was absolutely fantastic, such a lovely welcome in the morning. He made you any kind of coffee you wanted. It was continental breakfast, crossaints, fruit , hams, and many other things. This was €10 each. The room was spacious and clean. There was a great wee restaurant opposite, had the most beautiful food and staff , called Bablos. Loads of great wee shops close by with lots of necessary bits. 👌

Nothing really, just wish the air-conditioning could have been cooler.

Location was ideal. Just get a taxi for 50€ flat from FCO airport and you will reach the hotel in 45mins. So we did not bother to take the train which will cost 42€ for 3 of us. Very nice cafe Juz 3mins walk away - d Angelo Caffe. The Babbo’s restaurant just steps away serves nice pizza too. Short walking distance to Termini station which has a nice supermarket for us to shop for drinking water and snacks. It’s also possible to walk to Trevi’s fountain and even Colosseum when weather permits. They offer breakfast buffet for 10€ per pax.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes. We ended up moving one of the chairs into the bathroom. While the receptionists we met are generally friendly, one of the ladies gave us wrong information about the taxi ride to Port Civitecchia but she called us to correct the mistake.

I reached the hotel around 11am and wanted to store the bags at the hotel so i can go on my way and explore Rome but i was told that my room is ready 4 hours before check-in time *WOW* There is a bus stop right next to the hotel. The neighborhood is quite so u can have a good night sleep but plenty of restaurants and pizzareias also grocery stores are all around. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The balcony overlooking an amazing archeological site, breathtaking. The hotel is clean and well maintained The bed is comfortable The room is huge

Check-out time is 1030! Its just too early should be at least 12

This is a modern hotel 5 min away from Termini Station, but located in a quiet area. We had a lovely, spacious and clean room with a wonderful view from the balcony. The hotel is also 5 min from the Repubblica metro station, and a 20 min walk to the Spanish steps. The staff were great, very kind, welcoming and helpful - definitely the best part of our stay! We also loved the minimalist, contemporary feel of the hotel's design. The breakfast is continental, as the hotel doesn't have a kitchen, but is very convenient.

Everything was great!

Great location, - subway, buses and trains in any direction, within walking distance. All major attractions are also within walking distance, including the shopping area. A lot of cafes/restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk. Right on the corner of the house a small grocery and clothing market opens every morning. The rooms are large, nicely equipped - I was upgraded to a more comfortable and larger room. Great internet connection can be hooked up on the way to the hotel ))))

Amazing location, was in walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see, and right opposite the train station which was really handy. The room was super modern and clean and for the price of the room it was excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and on hand to help us with anything we needed at any time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Hotel Camplus to anyone I know visiting Rome.

Could do with a bit more storage for things like clothes and valuables, there was a safe in the room however there wasn't really a proper wardrobe and there were no draws to put away additional items. The staff made up our room despite us leaving the 'do not disturb' sign on the door which we thought was a little odd but it wasn't a big problem to us.
