Booked a last minute single room to be in Rome the weekend of the Pope's funeral - was really just looking to have somewhere to sleep, but the room was a decent size, private and had good air-conditioning, a TV and ample space for one person for a few days. It's 5 minutes walk from Termini rail station / metro, or 5 minutes to Republicca Metro also - bus stops outside. You can come and go easily.

The bathroom is a little cramped, and the shower could do with being re-grouted - it's clean but just showing signs of wear and tear. It wouldn't stop me from returning though. The lights were a little on the dim side also but personal preference here I suppose.

Nice room, comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated - and a good price! I’ve seen others complain about being able to hear other rooms, but we never did in our stay. Conveniently located near Termini station. I know some reviews have been worried about the access code situation, but I found it completely fine. List is small (so beware if you have big luggage or disabilities) but also works fine - just be sure not to open the doors too early or you get stuck and have to go down a floor.

Reception is only staffed for a portion of the middle of the day - although I never saw anyone even at those times. This wasn’t a bother to me though, and a request I made for extra bedding was sorted before bedtime so happy about that. WiFi is a bit weak. Would have preferred a cupboard or at least one fewer clothes rack - it did feel a tad like a store cupboard. Shower is small, and has an overhead shower head that can’t be adjusted

It was my first time in a hotel of this type. It looked like a big apartment on the 3rd floor of a five-story residential building. There were 8 rooms in this apartment. I had a room with a toilet and a shower. Everything looked like in the old days (interior, furniture, paintings ...). The building is in the city center near the train station, metro. It is very good. The cleaning was done well and it was very clean. A cozy place.

I heard my neighbor talking on the phone. But it was not long. Basically, I liked this experience. Thank you! Good luck!

Cosy, quiet room with A/C, beautiful reception area with self-serve coffee & tea. Nice interior design, clean rooms and bathroom. Easy automatic check-in and checkout, I was also able to leave my luggage at reception without charge on the day of checkout. Staff quickly accessible via WhatsApp. Good location near Termini on a quiet street. Would definitely book again

I think the reception area/hallway could use a few security cameras for safety purposes as the hotel is mostly unmanned (I didn’t feel unsafe but other solo travellers might prefer an added layer of security)

Beautifully decorated and clean room that is located in walking distance to Roma Termini (6 mins+). Water pressure was great and hot water was readily available. Bed was very comfortable and the aircon was a godsend. Excellent housekeeping and really friendly staff. Walls are a tad thin but we were undisturbed during bedtime. It was an enjoyable stay and I will definitely return!

Table was very very low and I had to end up sitting on the floor to (unfortunately) do some work, which gave me an awful backache. It was also odd to have soap/shampoo provided in one-use disposable packets, not the most environmentally-friendly move. Hotel was not responsive prior to check-in. Not the hotel's fault at all but for completeness, I would note that the lift often smelled incredibly bad and we got stuck in it once which was harrowing!

Very clean and comfortable room. Exactly as advertised. Very secure and in a prime area of Rome. I stayed for 2 weeks and was very comfortable. If you’re looking for a fancy place where you could spend the day inside, this isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable hotel at an affordable price in a great location, then this place is excellent. Would 100% stay there again.

Over a span of 13 nights staying there, for one night the shower was lukewarm. The walls are somewhat thin.

The hotel staff was kind and helpful (the check in and out were done online). The room was clean and tidy, but in a very old building (a lot of humidity due to the summer period). The location was good, 5 minutes walk to the metro station (not so safe at night). Provided soap and tea (or coffee) at the reception. I was very satisfied!

Room, bathroom as well as entire hotel was very clean (except chair in my room, which definitely needs serious cleaning). Hotel is located in close proximity to Termini station and metro. It was easy to reach the place. Hotel is located in convenient point, which allows you to start exploring the city and its main attractions. Check-in and check-out were smoothly. Recommend!

Hotel located 5min walking distance from Rome Termini Train station, very convenient to go to the Fiumicino airport quickly by train in 40min or to visit main attractions even starting from 15min walking distance, also hotel is just as far as away from train station surroundings to be in the comfortable neighborhood. Room was clean and tidy, communication with staff for self check-in and check-out quick and efficient.

Value for money can be questionable, but when you look at the rest of the prices this is maybe as best as you can go within lower budget, but arguable. If there is need to be picky, thinner walls could be the issue for someone, some noise from corridor and other rooms can be heard. Rooms are small, spending time besides sleeping seems unlikely, but you know what you signed up for in the beginning. Nevertheless, pleasant stay, definition of booking score 8.
