Really good and polite host. Kim was very tolerant with my queries (even general Rome related) throughout the stay. Hotel is next to Hotel Noto, you may miss the Manila Inn signboard as it's small. I was able to check-in an hour early. Room was comfortable and was cleaned once during my 4day stay which was amazing as other places in Europe where i stayed longer didn't offer this service. Room is 7min walk from Termini station/metro which was good. Lot of restaurants just around the corner.

If you are an early riser, on weekends, it can be a bit noisy as there is a mexican/spanish restaurant downstairs playing music till late on weekends.

The location was amazing and the owner had good recommendations for meals close by.

The door handle was almost falling off and I had to use the key to lock myself in each night but then take the key out to use the plastic fob to run the power so if there was a fire or other emergency I would be a bit lost trying to unlock my doors in the dark to get out. That seemed a safety issue to me.

Excellent location close to Termini station and metro lines A and B. Manager really friendly and helpful. Small hotel without on-site permanence, you need to call when you arrive to get access (but this was not a problem, the manager came in less than 1 minute). Clean and comfortable room with good WiFi, surprisingly quiet despite the location in central Rome. Lots of restaurants and pubs around. Definitely a very good address.

It was in a very good location, close to Termini station, clean and comfortable.

My only complaint would be that I had trouble with the second key. It is a 3 key security apartment which made it feel safe but it took me a few minutes of fighting with the key every time I returned from an outing.

The host was really friendly. He works at the manila restaurant about 10 mtrs past the property..he will check you in. The room is comfortable and clean. The bed is comfie. Location is awesome especially if you want to be close to Roma Termini. It feels safe in the area with lots of places to eat. The room was quiet and we slept well.

It was great stay but these suggestions would make it even better, have a bigger rubbish bin, a soap holder in the shower and a towel rack in the bathroom.

The rooms are situated close to the train station Termini, which is great as it is close to the city center, but not too close so cheap restaturants and cafés are just around the corner. The owners were super friendly, courteous and attentive, offering me to leave my luggage there before the check-in and always being just one house away in case there were any questions. I couldn't recommend this place any more.

Location is great, on rather quiet street side, very clean and enough toiletries in comparison to other places where usually I lacked them. Host also provided a bottle of water, tea and biscuits for the morning's breakfast (all were placed in the room, you would need to make tea on your own). It doesn't have a kitchen (has a kettle though), but if that doesn't bother you - everything is great.

For 1 night, everything was ok.

I had a wonderful stay at Manila Inn. I really loved the location, close to the train. The owner is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond for me during my stay. 10/10 would recommend this stay!

Nothing, everything was great

The location is 5min walk from Roma Termini. So, for transportation and shops there are very convenient options. The room itself was well equipped and everything was working.

Apart from all good things, I found holes in the bed sheet, possibly from a cigarette burn. The shower was clogging. So, everytime I was standing in a puddle after quick shower of 2-3 mins.

The room is well equipped and location is great. Also unlike some negative reviews, I found no problems with cleanliness or with the shower.

The room was not serviced at all during the 4-night stay. It would have been nice if at least the towels could have been changed or toiletries and tea and coffee were topped up. The room also is a bit noisy because of the restaurant opposite but it. All comes to a stop around mid night. So, it isn’t a problem if you don’t sleep early.
