Very nice and kind staff, very accomodating and with very good english! The room we had was very good, with nice balcony. The location is also good.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved a bit.

The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Ac was available and fully working.

The location was in a weird area and the building itself is shared with other apartments. It is close to the center, but not in the center. Which requires around a 30minute walk to get to the main attractions. Other than that, the room was VERY small - you open the door you are immediately touching the bed and cannot move around much if you have more than 2 hand luggage. Consider upgrading if you have more than hand luggage.

1.The location was amazing since we were able to get to metro,buses, etc just on few minutes (Termini is just 2 min away on feet & Republica about 5-6 min). Also, value tip just outside & opposite of the hotel there was a nasoni (drinkable water tap) to refill our bottles for the day (check the nasoni app before your stay at Rome) 2.The rooms were clean, tidy & as shown in the photos. The bed was big & comfortable just the right thing to sleep over after a full day walking around Rome. 3. The facilities are set on the fifth floor but there is an elevator available. Also for someone on good shape the stairs are safe & large to use. Before our trip while reading the reviews of the hotel on booking.com i was anxious about the noise since there were some guests mentioned it. After our experience I' d say there was no noise, either from outside or inside the facilities to bother us 4.Last but not least the staff was kind and helpful with plenty of tips and advices about Rome. I would totally recommend it for someone who wishes to be out all day, use public transport and get a really nice sleep to recharge. Thank you guys for making our trip so amazing!! P.S. Do try the 3p forno jut a min away form the hotel for amazing pizza and pastries.

I absolutely loved this hotel!! Receptionist was prettiest and kind person (sorry can't remember his name). Before check in I leaved my luggage at reseption desk without any questions and walked around. Heart of the Rome - Fontan di Trevi - is in 20 min walking, train station - 7 min. Location is nice, everything is near. Room was small (but good enought for 1 person) but super clean!! Towels, bed, bathroom- no one questions for cleaning! Perfect! And about the bed - it was pretty big and super comfy with an orthopedic pillow, that is very important after a long way. Probably there is no soundproof, because I could hear my neighbors, but it's not the problem for this price. This hotel exceeded my expectations! Totally recommended!

The hotel is very near to the central station Termini. Since it’s in the 5th floor you don’t hear the noise from the street. The room was clear and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Before our stay, from the hotel were sending us useful information about their service and updates about the water supply restrictions in Rome. The 24-hours-reception was important for us since we arrived late at night and we had to check out early in the morning. The receptionist was very kind providing us with info about the public transport and restaurants.

The room was smaller than we expected, comfortable for few days stay but no longer.

This hotel was something of a surprise. The area looks a little "sketchy" but it is safe and close to city centre. The room was very nice - comfortable, clean and spacious. Great bed! The television had access to Netflix so we could get some English TV once in a while. The main person at the desk (Mark) was just awesome - nothing was too much trouble and he was very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Domus Mea - a bit of a hidden gem.

There were a couple of problems with water and we were asked to shower at night, but that is due to drought, not anything the hotel did wrong. Unfortunately the hotel no longer serves breakfast, which would have made it score "10" for us.

Very cooperative staffs that speak very good English, esp. Mark. Very supportive and they make us feel like we are at home

The cleaning lady only cleans fronties! And sometimes the floor isn't wiped while towels and bedsheets are changed. But still the room is super white and looks clean beacause everything in the room is white colored.

My room was bigger than I thought it would be, nice closet, and bathroom. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Elevator was nice, but only for 1 person with luggage or 2 people without. Housekeeping service was nice, new towels, etc.,nice to come back to a tidy room. Close to Termini for trains, buses, and the subway, I would say at least 10 minutes from the elevator to the transportation.

I would have requested a room away from the reception because of the noise of other people at any given time. I was woken up more than once by fellow travellers talking to reception or to each other. I also think the bed was not that comfortable (too hard/stiff), although I think that is the norm in Italian / European hotels at a certain level. Lastly, the elevator is used by the whole building, so it may take a while to arrive or the "outer" door may be left open which means it cannot be used until someone closes it.

The location was great, ability of a late check-in, cleanliness, helpful staff, comfortable bed, you have a choice of a pillow in the room ( either a hard or a soft one), excelent wifi.

Homeless people sleeping in front of the hotel on my last day, which is not their fault, of course( in general the whole neighbourhood around Termini does not seem to be very safe, especially at night). The door of my room had a problem so it wouldn't lock when I left the room. It's good to mention that the hotel is on the 5th and 6th floor of a block of flats and the flats were transformed into hotel rooms ( I personally didn't mind that, but you can hear what's going on in the room next to yours). My room was very small.

Very good location near Termini, clean and modern room. Special mention to David one the receptionists, who was on the night shift our whole stay, and very helpful and friendly when we checked in at 2am.

Other members of staff unfortunately not as friendly but overall didn’t affect our stay and would definitely stay again.
